👆Gabor Mate on the wholistic system of what we are. I know he’s not everyone’s cup of tea, but he’s brilliant on this stuff. Anger is your own personal Hulk. It naturally rises up when you need to defend or protect yourself. What has happened in our society is that has been perverted by our messed up ways of dealing with our emotions.
