Position: Contractor's Representative
Job location: Termiz
We are recruiting a Contractor's Representative for a World Bank financed highway project in Uzbekistan.
Mandatory Requirements
The candidate should have:
Served as Contractor's Representative (or an equivalent position) on major highway construction projects.
Successfully completed at least 3 similar road construction projects.
Each project should include a continuous road length exceeding 40 km.
Each project should have a contract value of at least USD 50 million.
Projects should have been executed under FIDIC Conditions of Contract.
Projects should have been financed by International Financial Institutions (IFIs) such as the World Bank, ADB, EBRD, AIIB, EIB, JICA, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with any of the following will be highly preferred:
Experience on 5 or more similar projects;
Experience in rigid (cement concrete) pavement highway projects;
Experience as Contractor's Representative on projects valued between USD 75–100 million;
Experience as Contractor's Representative on projects exceeding USD 100 million.
Notes
Priority will be given to candidates with proven experience on internationally financed highway projects, especially World Bank, ADB, EBRD, or other IFI-funded projects.
