⛱️ ﷽ ⛱️ ✨ *Stories of Sahaba* ✨ _*Abdullah bin Abbas ( رضي الله عنه )*_ Abdullah bin Abbas ( رضي الله عنه‎ – may Allah be pleased with him) was the cousin of Muhammad ﷺ whose tehneek was done by him ﷺ as a baby. He grew up in the company of the Prophet ﷺ as he would bring him water for ablution and stand up with him for prayer even as a child. He was only 13 years old when Prophet Muhammad ﷺ passed away. Ibn Abbas narrated – Once the Prophet ﷺ entered a lavatory and I placed water for his ablution. He asked, “Who placed it?” He was informed accordingly and so he said, “O Allah! Make him (Ibn Abbas) a learned scholar in religion (Islam).” – eventually he became one of the most knowledgeable people in tafsir. Many senior companions used to call him in for his opinions although he was a young man. Ibn ‘Abbas said: “The Messenger of Allah embraced me and said: ‘O Allah, teach him wisdom and the (correct) interpretation of the Book.'” A narration attributed to ibn Abbas reports: “…I went to him (another companion) during the time of the afternoon siesta and spread my cloak in front of his door. The wind blew dust on me (as I sat waiting for him). If I wished I could have sought his permission to enter and he would certainly have given me permission. But I preferred to wait on him so that he could be completely refreshed. Coming out of his house and seeing me in that condition he said, ‘O cousin of the Prophet! What’s the matter with you? If you had sent for me I would have come to you.’ I said: ‘I am the one who should come to you, for knowledge is sought, it does not just come,’. Then I asked him about the hadith and learnt from him.” Ibn Abbas turned to teaching and his house became the equivalent of a university with specialized teaching and with him as the only teacher. He held classes on one single subject each day, classes on issues such as tafsir, fiqh, halal haram, poetry, Arab history, inheritance laws, Arabic language and etymology. Lessons learned from his story: I learned that even though he was known as the most knowledgeable, he didn’t shy away from acquiring knowledge while sitting and waiting in front of someone’s house – sacrificing his time and energy for it. The wind blew dust on him and yet he waited. Because as he said “Knowledge is sought, it does not just come to us”. May Allah grant us the zeal of gaining knowledge like Abdullah Ibn Abbas (RA). Do this three times 🎈Recite Ayatalkursi (Those who recites ayatalkursi before sleeping he will safe from the whispers of shaytan till the morning) 📓Recite Last two verses of Surah Baqarah (Those who recite 2 verses of surah baqra it's enough for him) *"آمَنَ الرَّسُولُ بِمَا أُنْزِلَ إِلَيْهِ مِنْ رَبِّهِ وَالْمُؤْمِنُونَ كُلٌّ آمَنَ بِاللهِ وَمَلَائِكَتِهِ وَكُتُبِهِ وَرُسُلِهِ لَا نُفَرِّقُ بَيْنَ أَحَدٍ مِنْ رُسُلِهِ وَقَالُوا سَمِعْنَا وَأَطَعْنَا غُفْرَانَكَ رَبَّنَا وَإِلَيْكَ الْمَصِيرُ ۞ لَا يُكَلِّفُ اللهُ نَفْسًا إِلَّا وُسْعَهَا لَهَا مَا كَسَبَتْ وَعَلَيْهَا مَا اكْتَسَبَتْ رَبَّنَا لَا تُؤَاخِذْنَا إِنْ نَسِينَا أَوْ أَخْطَأْنَا رَبَّنَا وَلَا تَحْمِلْ عَلَيْنَا إِصْرًا كَمَا حَمَلْتَهُ عَلَى الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِنَا رَبَّنَا وَلَا تُحَمِّلْنَا مَا لَا طَاقَةَ لَنَا بِهِ وَاعْفُ عَنَّا وَاغْفِرْ لَنَا وَارْحَمْنَا أَنْتَ مَوْلَانَا فَانْصُرْنَا عَلَى الْقَوْمِ الْكَافِرِينَ* ---------------------------- بِاسْمِكَ رَبِّي وَضَعْتُ جَنْبِي، وَبِكَ أَرْفَعُهُ، فَإِنْ أَمْسَكْتَ نَفْسِي فَارْحَمْهَا، وَإِنْ أَرْسَلْتَهَا فَاحْفَظْهَا، بِمَا تَحْفَظُ بِهِ عِبَادَكَ الصَّالِحِينَ (1) ---------------------------- 📌 اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّكَ خَلَقْتَ نَفْسِي وَأَنْتَ تَوَفَّاهَا، لَكَ مَمَاتُهَا وَمَحْيَاهَا، إِنْ أَحْيَيْتَهَا فَاحْفَظْهَا، وَإِنْ أَمَتَّهَا فَاغْفِرْ لَهَا. اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الْعَافِيَةَ( 1) ---------------------------- 📌 اللَّهُمَّ قِنِي عَذَابَكَ يَوْمَ تَبْعَثُ عِبَادَكَ   ( 3 ) "O Allah, protect me from Your punishment on the day Your servants are resurrected. [three times]" ---------------------------- 📌 سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ (33) How Perfect Allah is ---------------------------- 📌  الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ (33) All praise is for Allah ---------------------------- 📌   اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ (34) Allah is the greatest. [thirty-four times]" ---------------------------- 📌 اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّ السَّمَاوَاتِ السَّبْعِ وَرَبَّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ، رَبَّنَا وَرَبَّ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ، فَالِقَ الْحَبِّ وَالنَّوَى، وَمُنْزِلَ التَّوْرَاةِ وَالْإِنجِيلِ، وَالْفُرْقَانِ، أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ أّنْتَ آخِذٌ بِنَاصِيَتهِ. اللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ الأَوَّلُ فَلَيْسَ قَبْلَكَ شَيْءٌ، وَأَنْتَ الْآخِرُ فَلَيْسَ بَعْدَكَ شَيْءٌ، وَأَنْتَ الظَّاهِرُ فَلَيْسَ فَوْقَكَ شَيْءٌ، وَأَنْتَ الْبَاطِنُ فَلَيْسَ دُونَكَ شَيْءٌ، اقْضِ عَنَّا الدَّيْنَ وَأَغْنِنَا مِنَ الْفَقْرِ (1) ---------------------------- 📌 الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَطْعَمَنَا وَسَقَانَا، وَكَفَانَا، وَآوَانَا، فَكَمْ مِمَّنْ لاَ كَافِيَ لَهُ وَلاَ مُؤْوِيَ(1) ---------------------------- 📌 اللَّهُمَّ عَالِمَ الْغَيْبِ وَالشَّهَادَةِ فَاطِرَ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ، رَبَّ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَمَلِيكَهُ، أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ، أَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ نَفْسِي، وَمِنْ شَرِّ الشَّيْطَانِ وَشِرْكِهِ، وَأَنْ أَقْتَرِفَ عَلَى نَفْسِي سُوءاً، أَوْ أَجُرَّهُ إِلَى مُسْلِمٍ(1) ---------------------------- 🍬Sleep in a state of wudu   🛏 Clean the bed 💌 Sleep on right side keeping right  hand below the cheek. 🎀Sleep with a clean heart. 🔮 Then recite dua *بِاسْمِكَ اللَّهُمَّ أَمُوتُ وَأَحْيَا* ( 1) Bismikallahumma 'amootu wa 'ahyaa "In Your name O Allah, I live and die." Narrated Hudhaifa: When the Prophet (ﷺ) went to bed, he would say: "Bismika amutu wa ahya." and when he got up he would say:" Al-hamdu li l-lahil-ladhi ahyana ba'da ma amatana wa ilaihin nushur In sha Allah ♥ #night_reminder @Gemsofjannah98

Aʿūdhu bi-llāhi wa qudratihī min sharri mā ajidu wa uḥadhir. In the Name of Allah. I seek the protection of Allah and His power from the evil of what I feel and from what I fear. ʿUthmān b. Abī al-ʿAās (radiy Allāhū ʿanhu) complained to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about pain that he had felt in his body from the time he had accepted Islam. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to him: “Put your hand on the part of your body where you feel pain and say [the above].” (Muslim 2202) In another narration he said: “I did that and Allah removed my pain. 🕋🌟 بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم 🌟🕋 🌴 *REVIVE A SUNNAH* 🌴 ♦️ _Sunnahs of waking up from sleep_♦️ 3. Whenever the Prophet ﷺ woke up, even at night, he used the Siwak (Miswak, small branch of tree) to brush his teeth. 4. Washing the face and hands when waking from sleep. 5.
