Highlights:
- Inclusion lists distribute the authority of transaction selection across many actors, enhancing decentralization.
-The proposed method uses groups of attesters to semi-deniably include transactions, making it difficult to pinpoint individual contributions.
-Attesters use a seed from the block to identify and encode transactions, publishing bits of this encoding as part of their attestation.
-The Berlekamp-Welch algorithm is used to reconstruct transactions from the attester bits included in the next block.
-The system can fail if too many attesters are dishonest or if there is disagreement on transaction timing, but advanced decoding algorithms can mitigate some of these issues.

This research explores a new way to decide which transactions get included in the next block of a blockchain. Instead of giving this power to one person or a small group, it spreads the responsibility across many people. This makes it harder for any single person to control which transactions get included. The method uses a clever way of breaking down and sharing transaction data so that no one can easily tell which transactions others are including.

Roaring Kitty sold options on 12M shares of Gamestop, transferred the profit into 4M additional shares of Gamestop
At the close of the evening session, the famous trader made the final push, which debunked his plan:
Previously, he had 5M shares, $30M cash, and 12M shares in the June 21 call option with a strike price of $20.
The whole theory was based on the fact that a trader could present call options on 12M shares for redemption and market makers would be obliged to buy these shares on the open market, which would cause a short squeeze like in 2021.
However, Roaring Kitty did everything in a simple way - he sold call options, proceeds from the sale and spent 25M of the 30M cash cushion on increasing the usual stock position.
Yes, he now has 9M shares of GME, but he no longer has any secret weapon against the short sellers.

Roaring Kitty caused a stock pump by "returning" from a three-year hibernation, pumped the stock by posting his huge pose - helped the company sell $2.4B worth of shares at local peaks, sold his secret ingredient call options for a profit and spent 25M of the 30M cash on the purchase another 4M shares of GME.
From a strategist, a predator of short sellers, he turned into a value investor - a fat cat. However, the semi-bankrupt company, as a result of additional share issues, now has $4B in cash, and this is where the Roaring Kitty bet can start working - as soon as the company makes a pivot towards: a) AI narrative, b) mergers and acquisitions at the expense of the balance sheet, c) turning the company around towards the crypto industry (purchase with eth/btc balance).
I wouldn't be surprised to learn in the future that Roaring Kitty now has a secret relationship with Gamestop management and that this whole idea was the original idea.

- BTC is struggling to recover post-FOMC despite the strong momentum in equities.
- Why the divergence? We think this is because BTC miners are undergoing the post-halving capitulation, directly capping the price.
