Take your lower back (or any area that’s been hurting). The more aware you become of your posture, how you’re sitting, standing, or moving right now, the quicker you can make those micro-corrections. Tight shoulders? Slumped spine? Uneven weight on your feet? Awareness lets you realign before the pain and misalignment set in deeper. I’ve seen it in my own body and with patients—awareness heals what distraction destroys.
The world wants you distracted. Distraction keeps you unconscious, repeating old patterns, carrying unnecessary pain, and missing the Kingdom that’s already within you. But when you choose presence, you step out of the matrix of suffering and into clarity, peace, and freedom.
Jesus taught us to watch and pray. To know ourselves. To be sober-minded. Awareness is that practice in action.
Start small today:
• Pause and notice your breathing.
• Catch the next thought before it carries you away.
• Feel where tension is hiding in your body and gently release it.
The more aware you become, the less the world can control you—and the more you align with the life you were truly meant to live.

Mom is currently in the hospital awaiting test results to check for fluid on her lungs. If clear, she should be discharged soon.
This has all been very sudden for us. She was recently diagnosed with AFib (atrial fibrillation), and just last week she had abrasion surgery. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, I’m comfortable with medical topics in general, but I’m honestly at a loss when it comes to natural or supportive remedies for this.
We would greatly appreciate any information, knowledge, or personal experiences you or your loved ones have with AFib—what helped, what worked, what to watch out for, etc. My sister has a severe traumatic brain injury, so keeping Mom healthy and strong is incredibly important. She is truly the foundation of our family, and we want to do everything possible to prevent more serious complications.
Any insight you can share would mean the world to us. I’ll do my own research too, but hearing real stories from this group is always helpful.

| 20 | To add on to what Bill says. Elohah is the feminine noun for goddess and El is the masculine for god. The plural for Elohah is Elohot and the plural for El is Elim.
So, they put a feminine noun with a masculine plural suffix…why? If God in Genesis is as we’ve all been led to believe, why would they not have simply used El in Hebrew? And why use a plural version at all for one essence, 3 beings? If the Trinity is your reason, then again, why not use Elim? Why mix the feminine and masculine, and then turn to say men and women created “in our image?”
Fast forward to Proverbs 8 where it’s clear that a feminine being is saying she was with God at creation and He delighted in her.
Whether you choose to read apocryphal texts or not, most of the info is right there in your actual Bible if you truly study it and dive into it deeply. And that from your off the shelf walmart Bible, when studied that way, will reveal truth deeper than what modern churches teach.
