Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering. 2. 2-3 years of relevant experience in New Product Development. 3. Proficient in SAP, BOM codes, and PR (Production Orders). 4. Familiarity with validation processes and parameters for new products. 5. Knowledge of design principles. 6. Excellent communication skills. 7.
