Sometimes, avoiding a loss is also a winning trade. 📊 Today, We took two trades during my $250 → $1,000 challenge. One BTC trade went around -$23, while the ZEC trade was around -$40 at one point. Instead of blindly holding or sticking to the original strategy, we adjusted our approach, managed the risk, and finally closed the ZEC trade at zero loss. And honestly, I consider that a winning trade. As retail traders, especially when trading with a fixed amount and trying to complete a challenge, things can become very difficult. The market doesn't always move according to our analysis, and sometimes the best decision is not to chase profit but to protect our capital. Trading is not only about making money. It's also about knowing when to change your strategy, when to protect your account, and when to accept that preserving your capital is the real win. A trade that started in loss and ended at zero is not always a missed opportunity — sometimes, it's a lesson in risk management. Stay flexible. Protect your capital.
