When I was starting college at Gambella University, I went through a long period of depression. I was so young, broke, I did not know many people in that beautiful city. The feeling of loneliness was drowning all my coping abilities. The school and life pressure almost made me give up. Then came a girl with the most beautiful and contagious smile, she did not have a reason to be there for me but did anyway. She allowed to use some of the conversation we had on this song and I am grateful that she loved it.
