A Texas hospital is under investigation after appearing to advertise maternity packages to pregnant foreign nationals along the U.S.-Mexico border.
The investigation follows reports of a billboard promoting births starting at $4,000 and a now-removed website marketing the hospital's services.
Texas Gov. Greg Abbott has directed state agencies to investigate for possible legal violations, while the hospital says it does not support or facilitate any unlawful activity and has removed the marketing materials.

DOJ Subpoenas New York Times Reporters Following Air Force One Security Report
Federal agents served subpoenas to several New York Times reporters on Friday, ordering Julian E. Barnes, Eric Lipton, Tyler Pager, and Eric Schmitt to testify before a federal grand jury in Manhattan next week. The subpoenas were issued days after the newspaper reported that President Trump departed Turkey aboard the older Air Force One as a security precaution reportedly recommended by the Secret Service. According to the Times, the subpoenas cite an alleged violation of federal criminal law but provide no additional details.
