分享一个简易的鼠标控制视角方法：每一次刷新之后的一瞬间把鼠标移动到屏幕中心，然后渲染帧，等更新下一帧的时候再获取鼠标位置，算出获取的位置和中心位置的变化量就知道鼠标移动了多少。有1帧的延迟不过完全可以接受，至少比dx直接绑定鼠标兼容性好而且方便
