Weekly Commodity Outlook Bullion 🔸Spot gold prices extended its gains for 3rd straight week in a row and hit one-month high amid weakness in the dollar caused by moderation in US inflation numbers. 🔸Last month US CPI rose at 3.0% YoY against May reading of 3.3% YoY and core CPI rose at 3.3% YoY. 🔸Monthly inflation numbers dipped to 0.1% for the first time in over four years, which fueled the optimism of September rate cut. Base Metals 🔸Copper prices pared its earlier gains and edged lower in a volatile week as weak import numbers from China last month overshadowed the interest rate cut outlook from the Fed. 🔸June month imports declined by 2.3% , where as exports surged by 8.6%.
