The market became very strong after a retest of the $32,000 zone and the reversal happened quickly as mentioned a few weeks ago. However, Bitcoin is forming a falling wedge now so we will get one more bearish swing from this location before it gets a confirmed breakout. The triangle pattern is active again after a fakeout attempt. Both outcomes for those patterns are bullish for Bitcoin. The decline in Satoshi prices are temporary as they came after a quick bullish move from Bitcoin. Ethereum, Litecoin, and XRP all moved bullish. The next move from Bitcoin will impact them too. The intraday chart tomorrow will be volatile which could offer some short-term opportunities but it depends on the movement before the New York trading session.

Bitcoin Market Update: Bitcoin is now having a daily pullback. The triangle pattern is still valid and forming. It is not impossible for Bitcoin to test $32,000 zone again if the triangle pattern offers a fake breakout at the beginning but a test of $31,500-$32,000 zone will make Bitcoin even more bullish as more sellers will get out and then only buyers will remain. It's all about the panic sellers. If the market gets a panic sell altcoins will fall further for the short-term. The intraday chart of Bitcoin is volatile and the market will remain like this, a tiny inverse H&S is forming from yesterday’s dip. Above $36,500 (our entry price) it will breakout towards $38,000 zone. However, this is too small to have an impact on the price action.

Bitcoin closed bearish today which sounds bad but the structure is still bullish. The dip was necessary to form the triangle pattern across almost every asset. Ethereum and Litecoin will follow Bitcoin soon. XRPBTC will lead XRP soon as well. The market will be volatile during the weekend. I will be waiting for the intraday chart breakout to get an early scalp in most assets.

XRP Market Update: Both XRP and XRPBTC are responding to Bitcoin’s pullback but it was a necessary dip to mature the triangle pattern. $0.9500 should be providing the support and soon there should be a rejection of this support and move towards $1.2000. XRPBTC should reverse from this location as well. Intraday: The intraday chart is volatile and the triangle pattern in XRP is more complex. Above $1.0300 we will see more bullish price action.
