Industrial production rose +6.7% YoY in April, while exports growth turned positive (+1.5% Apr 24 compared to -7.5% Mar 24). Lastly, the PBOC also provided support measures for the property sector, by reducing the mortgage down-payment ratio, removing the floor on mortgage rates and rolling out a RMB300 billion lending facility to stimulate property demand. 🔎 Stock of the Week: Centurion Corporation (SGX: OU8) - Centurion Corporation (Centurion) is a global specialised accommodation provider, with 17 purpose-built workers' dormitories in Singapore and Malaysia, and 17 student accommodation properties in Britain, the US and Australia. - On Jul 4, Centurion's CEO Kong Chee Min acquired 115,000 shares, at an average price of 0.59¢ per share. 🏨 REIT Watch - Demand boosts hospitality S-REITs' hotel RevPAR Among the seven S-REITs sub-sectors, hospitality S-REITs are the fourth largest in terms of combined market capitalisation.
