A special session on “Meditation and Mental Fortitude” is being organized at Doon Defence Academy in collaboration with The Art of Living. This session aims to enhance inner strength, focus, and mental resilience through meditation practices. The program will be held on 20th December 2025 at 10:30 AM at DDA, Head Office.
