🚨Urgently require a CA/CMA for heading the Treasury in a Housing Finance organization based out of Chennai. Workex – 5+ years Role: • Develop fund raising plan for the year - Issue commercial papers, non-convertible debentures; close deals with institutional investors with activities including RTA & debenture trustee appointment, ISIN creation, Term sheet & disclosure document preparation, seek approval from stock exchange, get credit rating re-validated. • Build relationship with banks/large NBFCs and get credit term loan limits created. Negotiate rate of interest and financial & non-financial covenants. • Work closely with CEO & CFO to agree on targets, identification, strategies and tactics for fund raising from various institutions. • Work with CEO to build business and financial projections for the company (Finance Planning and Analysis – FP&A). Get the projections approved by the Board. • Contribute to Corporate finance projects including investments in group companies, due diligence, and business planning. • Develop board presentations, investor presentations, press releases and host earnings conference calls for quarterly results. • Ensure periodic stock exchange and debenture trustee related filings and declaration to credit rating agencies on timely service of debt obligations • Identify new investors for commercial papers and debentures; working with credit analysts and fund managers / CIOs. • Maintain credit rating on debt facilities of the company by acting as a single point of contact for all qualitative and periodic quantitative data requirements by credit rating agencies (quarterly update, annual surveillance). • Perform ratio analysis on quarterly financials, running quick checks on financial numbers and prepare board notes. • Act as member of the Asset Liability Committee (ALCO), Investment Committee (IC) & Risk Management Committee of the company.
