📌📌 WORK FROM HOME OPPORTUNITY Seeking a talented and results-driven Senior FP&A analyst to join the finance team. This position will play a crucial role supporting the Company’s financial budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis needs. This position will be a key partner by providing insights and recommendations to the Company’s management team and corporate finance and accounting team. The individual will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer. Will have to be ready to work in US Shifts. Key responsibilities include: • Lead financial reporting, metrics and analysis, and ad-hoc financial analyses and projects • Deliver insightful, value-added, cross-company modeling and analysis, to drive improved business performance • Build and maintains business budget and forecast modelling • Drive monthly financial reporting process, including the creation and review of Consolidated Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement • Facilitate and budget for capital planning and ROI analysis on those investments • Provide KPI and performance data on the business to our management team, Executives, and Board stakeholders • Conduct variance analysis on business performance • Use technical acumen to drive efficiencies and streamline existing processes • Be the systems/technical expert and budgeting and planning super user for team • Main partner for a company-wide budgeting and planning implementation project bringing new tools and processes to Finance • Partner with Accounting and other functional groups to understand business drivers, variance analysis, and business performance • Responsible for building and maintaining flash and KPI reporting • Support the development and execution of the annual operating plan (AOP), long-range planning (LRP), and monthly forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals and objectives • Maintain and drive continuous improvement in financial models, metric reporting, and forecast processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Corporate FP&A function Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: • Strong technical and analytical skills as well as a hands-on entrepreneurial mindset. Generates alternative solutions by collaborating with people who are impacted by, or have knowledge of the problem, issue or challenge • Ability to translate financial data, trends, etc. into pictures, graphics, and stories to a variety of internal and external constituents • Brings technical, analytical, and intellectual rigor with a high attention to detail • Highly analytical, technically proficient, operationally and business savvy • Ability to organize and prioritize work for self; able to work both independently and in a team environment • Collaborative Solid knowledge of accounting principles • Solid Team player, excellent interpersonal and team-building skills Qualifications/Experience: • ~5 years of progressive FP&A experience ideally with ~3 years at the corporate level of a global / multi-business company (Ideal candidate will have experience in both large multi-business corporate enterprises as well as nimble middle market growth companies and thinks 3-5 years ahead into the next business cycle) • Bachelor’s Degree required • High growth and PE-back company experience preferred • Well versed in GAAP accounting with the ability to translate GAAP accounting results into management reporting tools • Technically strong with extensive knowledge of ERP and Planning systems, tools, Microsoft office suite Send your CVs to resumes@plusconsulting.in with mail subject IFP
