Yes losses are apart of the game, but good losses. Losses that were pre defined. Losses that were from trades that had a good setup with valid entry signals. Losses that came from preparation = Good Losses Not stupid losses that you took because you didn’t do your job correctly

Someone has to say it Most people need to get a life outside of trading People will base their whole identity around trading and then wonder why they can’t detach from a trading loss
