Lots of backmarket orders are failing now, most people won’t get refunded as they’ve put a new security measure in place. As shown on the live chat I was hit with the same security measure and asked to supply info, however after my bypass method the ‘12 day investigation’ was skipped and I was refunded 2 days later.
