Luminous Kids ... are incompatible with the conventional factory-model of schooling. 🚫🏫🙅‍♀️ They require the freedom to breathe, freedom to play, sleep, eat, drink, pee, poop, explore, learn whenever they want, however they want. Many people wonder - but what about academics? 🤔 How will they learn to read, write, do math? Won't they just play video games all day? In our case - YES. Our kid does play a lot of video games. and...

This just happened in my neighborhood today. What a blessing this man looked up from his phone just in time. He was protected. 😮‍💨👼🙏 https://old.reddit.com/r/Marin/comments/1hc76ws/accident_in_novato/

An interesting development - observing the wave of pushback on government overreach. Do you run a statutory business entity like an LLC or Corporation? You likely know there was this FinCen BOI report thing by end of Dec. They were threatening $591/day late fines, etc. It just got ruled Unconstitutional. * https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QxkS7un5VUA * https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HU47aLRZ-SI * https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kgrPtr9pE4E

Sweet memories. Circa 2013. Wim came to SF Bay Area and stayed on my jenky lil pull-out couch in my tiny country cottage that week. Together we offered this FREE community talk in SF for ~20ppl at my Chinese Medicine clinic. I had invited thousands of people. I shared my crystal ball vision that this "iceman" and his world-changing method would take the world by storm. People thought I was nuts. 😍 It was super early days. These 20 people who were ready for next level badassery actually came to the community talk. Then later that weekend, about 45 courageous folks came to experience Wim Hof Method workshop. We were "baptisted" into the ice dunk. Back in those days, Wim worked with each of us 1-on-1. He shared with us some profoundly powerful advanced breathwork practices that he'd never share in a weekend workshop now. We're blessed. ✨

Dear Luminous friends, Please join me... We have dear friend & colleague named Callan Welder from the The Way Fwrd / Confluence community. He's a beautiful soul who is the town's go-to Chinese Medicine practitioner in Marshall, North Carolina. Marshall is about 1/2 hour outside of Asheville... 🌊🕊️ Callan's Chinese Medicine clinic was severely damaged in Hurricane Helene. (His wife's Yoga studio was also greatly impacted). Please join me in supporting him in the recovery & rebuild process. Callan's TCM clinic was 70% wiped out by the storm. It is facing a major rebuild in order to reopen business in 2025. Callan's GoFundMe has a very humble $50K goal. They're > 50% there. Let's get him to 100%!! Let's goooo!! 👉 https://www.gofundme.com/f/rebuild-marshall-acupuncture-and-herb-clinic Join me in giving him the needed boost.
