Missed this statement earlier. Yuge! This is what people need to realize. Trump can simultaneously build the future of the GOP while also looking to fix 2020. The two go hand in hand. It is still my OPINION that Trump returns before the midterms, I’m not exactly sure what it will look like but I believe it will likely get kicked off by some decertifications.

He could do so in the manner he deemed necessary. So he implemented Devolution.
