They've been planning this for hundreds of years, having the ability to look into the future and know the future. The agreement was Night First allowing evil to use humanity as a resource until the truth was revealed. Night First was a compromise between God and the devil due to great war over Earth and humanity 6000 years ago. This is why they've been working on the artificial super intelligence(ASI) to provoke a global nuclear war with China. If this desired outcome fails, they will be forced to release viruses or other methods to end civilization. According to his prediction it was supposed to spread in 2020. According to this book, the weapon affects the lungs and bronchi, and defies modern disease-fighting methods.
