What if understanding “the system” starts with understanding yourself? Most of us have been taught to see a bank acting on a borrower, CMS acting on a parent, a council acting on a resident or a court acting on a defendant. Status Remedy goes underneath that picture. Those are bodies and roles. Underneath them are wo/men, actual acts, agreements, property, records and responsibilities. Learning to see that difference can turn a frightening demand from “they” into something much more manageable: what actually happened, what is genuinely yours to honour, what another wo/man still has to establish, and what can be corrected or remedied. That is where the real benefit lies. Outstanding problems become smaller. Agreements become clearer. Property and boundaries become easier to protect. Genuine responsibility becomes easier to accept. Unsupported assumptions fall away. And instead of living in reaction, you gain more control over what happens next. A Development Access group is already working through this with me and Module 3 has now gone out. If you've been watching and this is the part that makes you think “now i understand why i would want to learn this”, i can still take a small number of latecomers who are able to catch up over the weekend ready for Module 4. Development Access is £99 once for the developing eight-module path. The other side of the agreement is simple: work through it properly and give honest feedback so the finished teaching becomes clearer for the next wo/man. A problem can feel much bigger than it actually is. In one mortgage matter, years of possession and enforcement history made the threat feel permanently live. The present position was checked. There was no live warrant recorded and no fresh warrant request. The wider issue still needed dealing with — but one large part of the fear no longer matched the facts. That is a practical part of Status Remedy: establish what is true, let what isn't true fall away, and deal honestly with what remains. The threat was real once. That didn't mean it was still live. One mortgage matter had years of possession and enforcement history behind it. An old possession order and previous enforcement can make every new letter feel as though the next step is already happening. Status Remedy brought one important distinction into focus: history, the current record and a feared future action are three different things. So the present position was established rather than assumed. The court confirmed there was no live warrant recorded and no fresh warrant request had been received. That did not make the wider mortgage issues disappear. What it did was remove one part of the problem that no longer matched the current facts. The wo/man could then deal with what actually remained: honour the genuine responsibility, protect the property and make the next decision from the present position rather than the weight of the whole history. That is a practical benefit of Status Remedy. Establish what is true. Let what is not true fall away. Deal honestly with what remains. The result is often a smaller problem, a clearer next step and more control and peace. Before you put pen to paper to challenge something .. what are you actually standing on? I spent years reading common-law material, groups, courses, notices, affidavits, standing and remedy .. trying to understand why something could appear to work for one wo/man and do nothing for another. Across real matters i have since seen enforcement cease, files returned, claims dismissed, records corrected, money refunded and information produced that was not there before. But perhaps the biggest lesson wasn't finding a better argument... It was learning how to establish whether what i was about to stand on was actually true. Because however powerful the words look, if there is an unproven assumption underneath them, that can become a weakness rather than a remedy. That enquiry eventually became Status Remedy. I’ve written a fuller piece about where it came from, what real matters have taught me, and why knowing what is actually true matters before you challenge, notice or stand behind a position. The question i now come back to is simple: what exactly am i standing on? for more: Status Remedy — Telegram https://t.me/+S7CsY5EjfBhRyeg7 Law & Remedy — Facebook https://www.facebook.com/groups/1215509255752939

Common law may have opened the first door by giving many of us the confidence to question something that did not feel right. Status Remedy carries that enquiry further. What is true? What is mine? What did i actually agree to or receive? What responsibility is genuinely mine? Which wo/man acted? What does the evidence establish? What remains unknown? What would actually remedy the situation? Then use the notice. Use equity where it genuinely helps. Use AI. Use a court or public process if necessary. But use them as tools. Do not let the tool, the teaching or the teacher become the thing doing the thinking for you. That is the difference i am interested in teaching; get to the truth sooner, protect what matters, avoid the wrong fight, honour what is genuinely yours .. and know what to do next. So before the next notice, affidavit or claim, perhaps the first question is much simpler; what exactly am i standing on?

A lot of us came into this space through common law. For many, something already felt wrong. Common law opened a door. It gave us another way of looking at things, a way to challenge what we had previously assumed we simply had to accept, and perhaps some hope that there was more to understand...a way to know what is true. We came across affidavits, standing, claims, remedy and the idea that the wo/man matters before the title being placed upon them. There is value in that, but also confusion: sometimes a method appears to work, another time it doesn't. One wo/man gets a result using something that another wo/man tries without success. There is very little consistency, and often no clear explanation of why. I tried everything i could get my hands on, read everything, including every post in some groups, paid for courses, educational material, one-to-ones and mentoring. There were important parts in all of that learning. Even some of the dead ends eventually provided a useful conclusion. But it took a lot of time! The biggest lesson wasn't finding a better argument. It was learning how to establish what was actually true. What became particularly interesting to me was the wo/man underneath all of it .. the titles being used, what had actually been agreed, property, responsibility, who was acting, what the evidence really established and what remedy was actually needed. That is where Status Remedy began to take shape. I started putting what i had learned against real matters. If something survived the evidence, i kept it. If the evidence narrowed it, i narrowed it. If something i wanted to believe could not be established, i dropped it. And where real situations exposed a gap, i looked more deeply. That has grown into something much wider now. It includes establishing what is actually true; understanding how agreements and conduct affect our position; identifying property and competing claims; separating the private reality from the public record or role; identifying the wo/man actually acting; knowing what a record proves and what it does not; understanding where equity may genuinely help; and knowing when a notice, question or public process is actually needed. Across real matters i have seen enforcement cease, files returned, claims dismissed, records corrected, payments acknowledged, money refunded and information produced that was not there before. But the longer i have worked with these situations, the more one question has mattered to me; before i stand on a notice .. what am i actually standing on? Because a notice can look powerful while the wo/man behind it has never properly established the facts .. And that becomes a serious weakness if one day they are required to stand behind those words in front of another wo/man or a court. Asking simple and specific questions changes the whole starting point. Instead of searching first for the right template, wording or legal theory, i establish my own position and the position of the wo/man actually acting. Sometimes that makes the challenge stronger. Sometimes it makes the matter much smaller. And sometimes it shows that something i wanted to believe simply was not established by the evidence. That matters too... Anything that only ever tells me “i was right” is not much use. We have now seen situations where a figure changed when the accounting was examined, where an actor's position became clearer when the right record was requested, where enforcement later ceased, and where apparently attractive theories had to be put aside because the factual bridge simply was not there. For me, that is an important part of what Status Remedy has become. It is a means of getting underneath the story, establishing what is actually true, understanding where i stand as the wo/man, recognising what is genuinely mine to honour, and then moving from that position in honour. Not somebody else's conclusion. Not another template to depend upon. Something i can establish and understand for myself.

A council-tax demand can make it feel as though there are only two choices .. pay whatever is demanded, or fight the whole thing; Status Remedy opens a different question; privately, what have i genuinely received, what is mine to honour and what can i honestly remedy? then publicly, what exactly is being claimed, who calculated it, and what record establishes anything more? in real matters, simply separating those questions has produced corrected records, acknowledged payments and clearer balances; sometimes the biggest change is not that the demand disappears .. it is that the fear does. i’ve written the fuller story here: Telegram: https://t.me/+S7CsY5EjfBhRyeg7 Law & Remedy: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1215509255752939

Council tax is a good example of how quickly a wo/man can lose sight of what is actually happening. A demand arrives. There is a figure, a deadline and perhaps mention of court or enforcement. Almost immediately the language changes. You become “the taxpayer”, “the debtor”, “the liable person”, and before long you can be arguing from inside a public role you never stopped to examine. I have seen this in real matters. Different balances appeared at different times. Payments had been made. Some costs had already arisen, others were only prospective. Records did not always say quite the same thing. Once those things were separated, questions produced acknowledgement of payments, clarification of the actual current balance, identification of the wo/man dealing with the account and correction of the record. Useful, yes. But that is not really the important part. The bigger change comes when you stop beginning with “council tax”. Privately, there is first a man or woman, a home, money, services used, property to protect and responsibilities to honour. Publicly, there is then a council-tax account, a calculation, statutory roles, notices, processes and people acting through them. Seeing those as two different layers changes the questions completely. I could simply move to the opposite extreme and say: “i am a wo/man, therefore nothing is due.” But that would just be another assumption, and more seriously, how would I stand on that in front of a court? And if i have genuinely received services or benefit, honour asks me to look at that too. What have i received? What responsibility is genuinely mine? What can i honestly afford? What remedy can i offer without causing unnecessary harm to myself or my household? That is very different from simply surrendering to whatever figure appears on a demand. I can remain in honour and say, in substance: i am willing to deal fairly with what i genuinely accept has been received; this is what i can honestly offer; if another wo/man says something greater is due, show me the record and calculation that establishes it. The public machinery may still have its own processes. SR does not pretend those disappear because i have changed my perspective. The change is in me .. I am no longer beginning as a title inside somebody else’s process. I begin as the wo/man, establish the property, benefit, agreement or conduct, establish my own responsibility first, and then consciously examine whatever public claim is being made. That is the lightbulb! The question is no longer: “how do i fight the council?” It becomes: “what is genuinely mine to honour here, and what is another wo/man still asking me to accept without establishing it?” For me, that is where fear starts becoming clarity. Not because a bill magically disappears. Because the wo/man finally knows what they are looking at.

i used to see Magistrates enforcement as one large “they” -- the court, HMCTS, the bailiffs. then i started separating it; who is actually acting? what are they relying upon? what record gives that wo/man the present basis to interfere with what is mine? later, two separate enforcement companies received notice. One wrote that its action had ceased and the file had been returned; the other returned all court orders to its clients and confirmed no enforcement was then taking place. the interesting part is not a magic notice .. it is what changes when you stop reacting to “them” and start seeing the actual claim, actor, record and property involved. i’ve written the fuller story here: Telegram: https://t.me/+S7CsY5EjfBhRyeg7 Law & Remedy: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1215509255752939

a few years ago i found myself dealing with Magistrates enforcement. At first it was easy to see it in the way most of us probably would -- “the court”, “HMCTS”, “the enforcement company”, “they”. One large thing, apparently holding all the authority, while i was the one expected to react. i started pulling it apart instead... Rather than simply arguing about whether the demand was right or wrong, i began asking what the accounts actually were, whose name they were in, how the figures were made up and, importantly, who was actually acting. When an HMCTS administration officer said that they would continue enforcement, i asked under whose authority he would be acting. The reply identified the accounts and balances and said that administration officers had “delegated powers from the courts and processes we can and will follow”. That answer was useful because it did not end the enquiry; it exposed the next question. If a living man is telling me he has delegated power to act against my money or property, who actually delegated it, what establishes that delegation, and what exactly does it allow him to do? My notices at that time were much broader than i would write them today, but the important shift had begun: i was no longer treating “the court” as something that physically acted by itself. i was looking for the wo/man, the act and the record behind it. Over time that became much more precise. Instead of trying to answer every theory at once, the focus became the current claim, the current actor, what they were relying upon, what property was being affected and what remedy would put the matter right. Notices were later put before relevant public and enforcement actors, and delivery was recorded. Then something tangible happened... Two separate enforcement companies were served on 16 June 2025. Seven days later, one wrote that the file had been returned to the courts and that “our action has ceased”. The other later confirmed that all court orders in my name had been returned to its clients and that no enforcement action was then being taken. There was another part of the story that mattered to me. An enforcement officer had threatened escalation to the High Court. By then my posture had changed. Rather than being frightened by the title or trying to argue him out of it, i told him that if he maintained that position, he should proceed so the authority he relied upon could be tested and remedy sought. No such escalation is identified in the record that followed. i cannot tell you the private reasoning that took place inside either enforcement company, because i do not have that record. i do not need to invent it either. What i can say is what happened: notices were received; the relevant actors had an opportunity to answer; two separate enforcement companies then moved in the same practical direction; one ceased its action, the other returned the orders, and the threatened escalation did not follow. The timing and matching conduct speak for themselves; the precise internal cause remains unknown. For me, the bigger change was not learning a clever notice. It was learning to see what was actually in front of me. “The court”, “the council”, “the bank”, “the bailiffs”, “they” can feel enormous when we leave everything bundled together. Once i started separating the claim, the account, the property, the record and the wo/man actually acting, the picture became very different. So if something similar lands in your life, perhaps the first questions are not “how do i fight them?” or “what words do i send?” Who is actually acting now? And what current record, agreement or authority is that wo/man relying upon to interfere with what is yours? Those questions took me somewhere very different.

language can quietly put a man or woman into a position before they have even questioned it; take something as ordinary as; father; parent; paying parent; non-resident parent; applicant; respondent; we hear those words so often that we can begin treating them as if they are simply who we are; but are they? the man or woman exists first; the title comes afterwards; so before standing inside any title, ask; who or what created this title? what facts, agreement or conduct are said to place me in it? what benefit or right comes with it? what duty or restriction comes with it? what evidence shows that title is actually relevant to me? and perhaps most importantly; what is still true if i remove the title completely? a man may be a father; but “parent”, “paying parent”, “non-resident parent”, “respondent” or any other created role may carry a particular set of assumptions, duties, rights or restrictions inside the system that created it; that does not mean the role is automatically wrong or useless; it means it should be understood before it is accepted; because once a wo/man starts arguing entirely from inside the title, the title can begin deciding the questions for them; “what are my parental rights?” “what must a paying parent do?” “what can a respondent ask for?” but perhaps the earlier questions are; what is actually true between this man and his son or daughter? what responsibility has he genuinely taken on? what agreement or conduct exists? what right or interest is actually being affected? who is the wo/man making the decision or causing the interference? what authority are they relying upon? what evidence supports it? what remedy would put things right? this applies far beyond family matters; debtor; borrower; taxpayer; tenant; employee; driver; keeper; defendant; claimant; all of them are titles or roles worth examining; sometimes we consciously use a role because it gives us a useful right or remedy; sometimes a genuine responsibility survives the role; sometimes another wo/man simply asserts the title applies; the point is not to deny every title; the point is to stop letting a title silently become the starting truth; wo/man first; then establish the role, the relationship, the responsibility, the evidence and what is actually true; question the title before you let it define your position.

thanks to everyone who has taken the time to read, question, comment and message about Status Remedy over the last few days; i hope the first five insights have given you something useful to think about; the Development group now moves into the actual programme, with the participants helping me test and refine how the material is taught; all being well, the completed course should be available around mid-October; and one thing i think will be a little different .. i’m not going to decide its final price; the people actually going through it will help establish what they believe the finished programme is genuinely worth; because ultimately this is a course for you .. the people who will actually use it; thank you for the attention, questions and support so far.

last call .. Development Access closes tonight; for £99: early access to a method already being used in real matters; what’s being developed is how it is taught .. not whether it works..it does; you’ll learn how to establish what is true, what is yours, what you agreed to, who acted, what the record proves, what remedy is needed and how to apply it .. so you can deal precisely with more of life for yourself; for around 1–2 hours per module, read and give feedback; and you will help establish what the finished programme is genuinely worth; if you want in .. message Development.

just to clear up one point, because i may not have made this obvious enough; Status Remedy itself is not a concept waiting to be tested; the underlying method is already being applied in real matters and produces results when used properly; what is being developed now is how to teach it clearly and practically, so another wo/man can understand it, question it and apply it for themselves.

what if Status Remedy isn’t only about disputes .. what if the bigger purpose is learning how to live differently? to know who you are before the role; to understand what you actually agreed to; to know what is yours .. and what belongs to another; to see where your responsibilities begin and end; to keep a true record instead of relying on assumption; to recognise when another man or woman is acting; to question rather than accuse; to offer remedy when you have caused harm; and to require remedy when another has harmed you; that changes far more than how you deal with courts, councils, lenders, employers or debt collectors; it changes how you make agreements; how you handle money and property; how you set boundaries; how you deal with family, neighbours, business and everyday relationships; and how much fear, reaction and controversy you allow into your life; Status Remedy is more than dealing with disputes .. it is about growing into greater responsibility, seeing your relationships, agreements, property and boundaries more clearly, and learning to deal with other men and women consciously and honourably; less assumption .. more truth; less reaction .. more clarity; less controversy .. more remedy; and ultimately .. more peace; if that makes sense to you, share it with somebody who might benefit from seeing things this way.

day 5 .. the power of the record; we started with; who is i .. and what is actually true? then; what role am i actually playing? what did i actually agree to? what is mine .. what is another’s .. and where is the boundary? now those foundations come together in Module 5; what can i actually establish from the record? because there can be a big difference between what we remember .. what somebody says happened .. what a letter appears to suggest .. and what the record actually establishes; a strong record lets us separate; fact from assumption; evidence from inference; what was created from what was sent; what was sent from what was received; what was received from what was actually seen, relied upon or acted upon; what somebody claims from what their evidence actually proves; and just as importantly .. what is still missing; the aim isn’t to collect mountains of paperwork; it is to find the few records that actually matter .. understand what each establishes and what it does not .. and build a clear spine of what genuinely happened; that can completely change how you see a situation; because now you can begin to see; what is yours to honour; what another wo/man is actually claiming; what evidence connects them to that claim; where the gap is; and what still needs to be established; then the later modules build from that position; who is actually acting? what are they claiming or doing? what property or interest is affected? has harm actually occurred? what would put it right? and how do you communicate, give notice or make a claim for a clear purpose rather than simply reacting? so the journey so far is; who am i? what role am i playing? what did i agree to? what is mine? what can i actually establish? those are the foundations everything else will build upon; this is the final Development Access insight before we begin; if you want to be involved .. or there is something you still want to question before deciding .. reply or DM "i'm in" today.

tomorrow is the final day of the Development Access invitation; tomorrow Module 5 .. Record Discipline; this is where things start becoming very practical; what can i actually establish? what are the facts? what evidence do i actually have? what is still only an inference? what is missing? what happened first, next and last? which document or record is actually operative? who created it? who relied upon it? and what can i genuinely prove from it? ... learning to build and read the record properly before deciding what needs doing; Development Access formally closes tomorrow; the first full module is due go out on Wednesday, with Module 2 following over next weekend; i don’t want to exclude you if you genuinely want to take part simply because you saw this a little late .. so if you come to me Wednesday to Friday, numbers permitting, and can work through Module 1 before the next module is released, reach out; if you have questions before deciding .. ask them; thank you to everybody who has already said they want to be involved; there is going to be a fair amount of work for me in reading the feedback and developing this properly .. but i want as many useful minds involved as i can reasonably manage because i think what is being built here is important; i’m not claiming Status Remedy is the only way to approach these things .. but it does work when applied correctly; if something here doesn’t make sense .. question it; if you disagree .. explain why; that is how this should develop; no assumptions .. question everything .. establish what is true .. and learn from one another; if you want the Development Access outline before it closes, let me know.

property sounds simple .. until somebody else says they have a claim over it; your home; land; money; a vehicle; something you created; something you share; before arguing about rights or rules, establish: what is actually mine? what agreement affects it? does anybody else have a genuine competing claim? what evidence supports each position? where is the boundary? what responsibility is mine? get that clear before trouble begins and a lot of confusion can be prevented; that’s part of Module 4 of Status Remedy .. property, private life & boundaries; understanding what is yours, respecting what is another’s, and knowing where the line between them actually sits. less fear .. more clarity, honour and remedy; question everything here... https://t.me/+cKdMHmMsVqIxODU8

repossession .. CMS .. council tax .. debt collectors .. attachment of earnings .. social services .. court papers .. police .. employment .. land and boundary problems; different problems .. but you don’t need to become an expert in every system that enters your life; you need to learn how to establish what is true, what you actually agreed to, what is yours, who is acting, what they are claiming, what evidence exists and what remedy is needed; learn that properly and it changes much more than how you deal with disputes; it changes how you make agreements, set boundaries, protect property and deal with other people before problems begin; that is what Status Remedy is being built to teach. want a closer look? message me “Development”.
