27 yo male presented with palpitations and SOB, initially the CXR appeared nothing after 3 days, the symptoms of pt is aggravated and become severe dyspneic The CXR show a reticulonodular interstitial pattern and Rt side pleural effusion In this scenario to put in your mind different possiblites like - Pulmonary fibrosis - Interstitial pneumonia - Lymphangitis Etc... But The histological show adenocarcinoma!! Lung adenocarcinoma mimicking pulmonary fibrosis لا تلعب بالنار🙃 #radiology

This 19 yr male presented with fever, cough, and night sweat fir last 3 wks. His CXR is showing cavernous TB (TV cavern) with diffuse pulm involvment , a rare form of X ray finding. Maybe misinterpreted by some as a case of pneunothorax or covid19. و بالمناسبة: Further workup, the pt was HIV +ve. ديربالك، ترا أنت بملعبي #radiology
