• Escalating privileges is getting rights in the system higher than you already have. Most often, it means accessing the root account in #Linux or system/administrator in #Windows. Do you think why it is possible to increase the rights in the system? In fact, there are a lot of reasons. The main ones are:
• Vulnerabilities in kernel* OS.
• Vulnerabilities in applications;
• The OS and applications configuration is not correct;
