02 CAUGHT SMURFING: Lieutenant Governor Rodriguez has been caught criminally laundering money into her campaign: Sara Rodriguez for Wisconsin. Her campaign also accepted volumes of donations from PO Boxes, from USP/packNship store addresses. Julianna Gaffner, her Treasurer, also committed these crimes by signing the campaign finance report. Violating Wis. Stat. §§ 11.1201 and 11.1204(3) for example. 807 donations totaling $120,259.16 in contributions. An ethics complaint was filed by Patriot Julie Saunders against the campaign. It was reviewed by a Wis. ETHICS Commission staff attorney and accepted for processing. I'm seeing many of the same names Smurf names, who are elderly senior citizens whose names and addresses are being used without their knowledge. Some of whom we have video interviews with where they are shocked upon learning of how they are being used. #Smurfing This is liberal candidates and politicians' Achilles heel nationwide; they are all using the same system.

03 Legal challenges were sent into the City of Milwaukee's new election clerk today. An Active list was purchased from the Wis Election Commission, we found:
-24 are registered to vote at a commercial address (must be where a person normally sleeps at night)
-2,250 missing the APT, Ste or Unit number (so how can an absentee ballot get delivered?)
-32 Door Not Accessible: US mail carrier signed a USPS form stating he/she has no place to leave the mail
-616 address number is missing or invalid per the USPS
-13 used a US Post Office's physical address
-5,080 where the voter no longer resides at the address
-6,187 moved out of state
-4,907 moved out of the city of Milwaukee
-1,528 NCOA moves, yet registrants provided no new address
-35,699 NCOA moves
56,336 total issues, irregularities, and outright fraud of Active voter registrations in the city of Milwaukee. And there were even more issues. On the day we ran the list, there were 271,586 Actives. Thus a stunning 21% of their Active list is wrong. And you'll have State Senators and Assembly Reps publicly state there is nothing wrong! Noting the NOCA is not 100% but the ones we used each registrant/mover checked the "permanent move" box on the federal government form they filled out and signed. Last, we know there is much more to the inflated voter rolls here and across the country, yet this project highlights (again) the major problem with dirty voter rolls. And to top it off squatter Meagan Wolfe fights to keep the Wis. voter registration list inflated. She has brought in attorneys even to do so, she fights to keep the voter list INACCURATE! Its like living in the Twilight zone. We're ready this time, to bring a lawsuit in the above challenge.

04 More on Meagan Wolfe committing felony crimes: clarifying the statutes. If election clerks send out the new colored absentee envelopes, they would be violating Wis Stats 12.13(2)(a), and 12.13(2)(b)4 and 7. All felony crimes of election fraud, because of what Meagan Wolfe and the six Commissioners did (see posts above). If the voter signs one of those new envelopes, he or she will be violating Wis Stats 12.13(1)(b) and (h). Both felony crimes. Then the witness signing will violate Wis Stats 12.13(1)(h). A felony crime. WEC, Meagan Wolfe, and the six Commissioners, if they let any absentee envelope go out, will be directly violating a court order. Which is the Temporary Injunction issued in the Oldenburg v WEC case in Marinette County. Each then faces contempt of court charges. They also will be committing felonies by violating Wis Stats 12.13(2)(a), then 12.13(2)(b)4, and also 7. And still till this day Meagan Wolfe nor the six Commissioners have informed the Wis. election clerks they can't use the new absentee envelopes! Impeach Meagan Wolfe.

23 URGENT CALL TO ACTION FROM PETER BERNEGGER – Part 2
Here is where you would be committing election fraud, section (b),
12.13 Election fraud. Electors. Whoever intentionally does any of the following violates this chapter:
(b) Falsely procures registration or makes false statements to the municipal clerk, board of election commissioners or any other election official whether or not under oath.
(h) Procures, assists or advises someone to do any of the acts prohibited by this subsection.
The unlawful sentence on the new absentee envelope: "I requested this ballot and this is the original or a copy of that request".
Nope, it is not. And it can't be just going in chronological order. The original or copy of the request would be when the voter first went on MyVote - before the election clerk even received notice the voter wanted to vote absentee.
What is even more egregious is that the MyVote system does not produce a copy of the original request, which means WEC designed it not to produce the necessary document a voter needs to be able to vote absentee. WEC is intentionally ignoring a key safeguard, mandated by statute 6.86(1)(ac).
If any clerk sends out the new, unlawful and illegal absentee ballot envelopes they will be directly violating a court order and they are committing election fraud. We will file contempt of court charges and criminal complaints to law enforcement against any clerk who sends one out. Note to Clerks: Don't get mad at me, Meagan Wolfe and the six incompetent Commissioners caused all this, and, they are STILL arguing to be able to use the illegal envelopes!!
WEC has filed a response and they admitted we are right in court, but they are arguing to the judge it has never been done this way and it would be too burdensome and it is too close to elections coming up! This means they knowingly and intentionally want to keep violating the law. Why? They want to stuff the ballot boxes with fake absentee ballots. What is remarkable is that we have three "Republicans" on the commission who voted for this - proving they are clueless. You should get messages to Bob Spindell (attorney), Marge Bostleman (former county clerk) and Don Millis (attorney) and ask why they are forcing unsuspecting citizens and clerks to commit felonies if they use the new absentee ballots.
To be clear: WEC is setting you up voters, witnesses and clerks - to commit felony crimes.
WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO.
1. Write an email or letter to your local municipal clerk and ask him/her the following questions.
a. How can the new absentee envelopes be legal?
b. Won't I be lying if I sign the new envelopes with that sentence on it?
c. Won't I be committing election fraud per Wis Stats 12.13(1)(b)?
d. Won't you be committing election fraud per Wis Stats 12.13(1)(h)?
e. Won't the witness signing for me be committing election fraud per Wis Stats 12.13(1)(h)?
f. Won't I be committing a felony of false swearing if I sign the new absentee envelope?
g. Who is our city's (or town or village) attorney? I want to ask that attorney how this envelope can be legal?
h. Have you been requiring the original absentee ballot request, signed by the voter, when receiving an absentee ballot back in the mail? If not, why not? Wis Stats 6.86(1)(ac) mandates it.
2. Contact your county clerk: ask them the same questions - they can and do receive absentee ballots at the counter (walk-ins permitted before election day) and then give them off to the municipal clerks. Ask them if they are planning to commit felony crimes.
3. Contact your jurisdiction's attorney, ask for an answer to the above questions.
4. Notice your Mayor, city council and if you have a conservative candidate running pass this onto them.

25 URGENT CALL TO ACTION FROM PETER BERNEGGER - Part 1
Meagan Wolfe and the six Commissioners have gone over the edge in lawlessness. They have "redesigned" the absentee envelopes used in mail-in voting in a manner that grossly violated the law. Furthermore, if you use one of these absentee envelopes YOU will be committing a felony of false swearing but also a second felony of election fraud. Attached is the new absentee envelope from Wolfe and the six Commissioners, and the Temporary Restraining Order we obtained from the judge in our Marinette County lawsuit against WEC. The TRO is good for the whole state.
In our case, Marinette County Case Number 2024CV000043 Thomas Oldenburg vs. Wisconsin Elections Commission et al we won a temporary restraining order. That order is good statewide, and all election clerks must obey it OR they can be held in contempt of court. If any clerk sends out the new absentee ballot envelopes they will be directly violating a court order.
This case is huge for our state and we're up against the big guns and huge national law firms. The League of Women Voters filed a motion to intervene, as did the national DNC and the Disability Rights of Wisconsin. This only proves that fraudulent absentee ballots is the primary vehicle the corrupt actors are using to stuff the ballot box. These groups could care less about women or the disabled, they are communist front groups who want to cheat in our elections.
Voting absentee is a privilege, not a right, that is in statute and state supreme court caselaw. Courts have ruled, thus the procedures must be followed or the ballot cannot be counted. Outright stating election/voter fraud is more easily achieved because of the loose nature of ballots floating around the entire state.
Wis Stats 6.86(1)(ac): An elector requesting a ballot under this paragraph shall return with the voted ballot a copy of the request bearing an original signature of the elector as provided in s. 6.87 (4).
Here is what is required by law, if using MyVote:
1. A registered voter goes on MyVote and requests an absentee ballot, that message gets sent to your local municipal clerk.
2. The clerk mails you a paper ballot and an "approved" absentee envelope to return it in.
3. You receive the ballot and a return absentee envelope. You fill it out. You have a witness sign. You are also required to include your original ballot request with your signature on it in with the ballot. This has not been happening, but it is mandatory by law.
We caught it - praise the Lord.
Meagan Wolfe and six WEC Commissioners have intentionally ignored this mandatory law. As a result, you end up with a scenario of: "I went to vote and was told I already had voted". This is because someone used your name, address and voter ID number. There are many documented cases, reports and analysis of non-US citizens registering to vote and or participating in Wisconsin elections that we will be happy to share with you. The non-US citizen Wisconsin driver's license is nearly indistinguishable from a Wisconsin citizen driver's license (See attached Non-US Driver's License Wisconsin) making it extremely difficult for Poll Workers and MyVote to prevent non-US citizens from registering to vote and or participate in Wisconsin elections.
A Joint Legislative Hearing was held on May 16th to initiate the process to address this potentially explosive situation before it's too late for the 2024 election cycle (click here -Legislators hold hearing on non-citizen voting • Wisconsin Examiner). We will gladly keep you up to date on this situation.
We welcome you to contact us to see what we can collectively work on to make sure Wisconsin does everything it can to proactively protect the integrity of the administration of elections involving the electronic voting systems and non-US citizen participation. We were not able to locate all of the email addresses for County Sheriffs but were able to secure all of the email addresses for County Clerks. We're hoping both Offices will check with each other to make sure that those Sheriff Departments that didn't receive this email thread will do so to share this critical information involving the security and integrity of Wisconsin's elections.

Good morning, Wisconsin County Clerks and Sheriffs:
It is with respect and appreciation that we are contacting you to show our collective support while having your back to administer Wisconsin's elections this Fall for the Presidential Election without any interference.
We are a consortium of volunteers across Wisconsin who share your professional concern to make sure that the votes of all electors are recorded as they intended them to be. Having been formed in August of 2021, in response to many unanswered questions and concerns involving the 2020 Presidential Election (See attached Back Story on Ad-Hoc Committee), we set out to voluntarily, in any way possible, help all electors, Clerks and Sheriffs with the administration of elections without interference. There have been some successes for election integrity over the last nearly 3 years (See attached Successes for Election Integrity Wisconsin), but much more work needs to be considered for 2024.
Please find embedded in this email thread an example of one of our many statewide election integrity updates over the last 60 days regarding the apparent compromised security of electronic voting systems that have exhaustively been brought to our attention by many different and independent resources over the last 3 nearly years.
We were in almost total disbelief over the last nearly 3 years when countless examples involving the electronic voting systems were brought to our attention showing how the electronic voting systems were, are and will potentially be compromised.
After many hours of analyzing and vetting many of these sources over the last nearly 3 years, we have come to the very sad conclusion that these examples of electronic voting systems being comprised are valid and of very serious concern if we want Wisconsin elections to be administered and protected with integrity.
While there are many examples of questionable and documented electronic voting systems being hacked embedded in this email thread, we would like to particularly emphasize the one from the National Sheriff's Association Meeting with FBI Director Ray in February of 2024 that promised electronic voting systems are going to be hacked in 2024 and that the FBI/Federal Government cannot do anything to stop the hacks or help when they do (click here - Election Systems Cyber Attack Promised for 2024 (rumble.com)).
We have a plan (See attached Project 5.40 Table of Contents) that many communities across Wisconsin have legally, constitutionally and ethically implemented and or are looking at implementing that will statutorily transition from electronic voting systems to paper ballots and hand count to protect the integrity of their elections. According to the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC), nearly 200 +/- Wisconsin communities currently use paper ballots and hand count instead of electronic voting systems as is outlined in State Statute 5.40 (click here- Wisconsin Legislature: 5.40). As a matter of fact, according to WEC, well over 2 million ballots have been counted by hand without electronic voting systems since 2008 (See attached Project 5.40 Paper Ballots Hand Count - 2008).
We are also working with the Legislature, and possibly the Courts, on protecting all electors, Clerks and Sheriffs to get out in front of non-US citizens with Wisconsin driver's licenses from registering to vote and participating in Wisconsin's 2024 elections. 29 Update - with more research by a patriot the highest attendance we could find was back in 2012 with 2,200. From 2,200 down to 660 the weekend before last is a drop of 72%. I have two sources who attended past events and they stated attendance was 5,000. That is where the number came from.

32 17) Preventing any hint of the Wisconsin Elections Commission working with liberal 3rd Party non-profit voter registration and or absentee ballot request applications as was alluded to in 2022 when nearly 660,000 forms were mailed to Wisconsin electors innocently thinking these applications were from the Wisconsin Elections Commission. 18) US Federal Judge in the Western District of Wisconsin ruled in May of 2024 that absentee ballots must have a “witness” in order to be processed. The Legislative Audit Bureau found a 7% error rate for absentee ballots in 2020. Wisconsin was supposedly decided by 20,682 votes in 2020.

33 An Ozaukee County Circuit Court judge ruled just the opposite in January of 2024, which is now on appeal. Wisconsin was supposedly decided by 20.682 votes in 2020.
8) The Wisconsin Supreme Court has stopped County Clerks from encouraging electors to ask for the "indefinitely confined" status to avoid having to sign a poll book or presenting voter ID while automatically being sent an absentee ballot. Nearly 267,000 electors were granted this status in 2020 with about 220,000 of them supposedly voting. The current number is approximately 149,000. Wisconsin was supposedly decided by 20,682 votes.
9) The number of names on E.R.I.C.'s Mover List (232,000 in 2020) has been whittled down substantially since 2020 (currently 52,000 +/-) when about 66,000 of people on this list voted in Wisconsin. E.R.I.C. is the organization contracted with WEC to remove the names of people who have moved out of Wisconsin and legally should not be participating in our elections. Wisconsin was supposedly decided by 20,682 votes in 2020.
10) The Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled in July of 2022 that Mark Zuckerberg's 573 illegal absentee ballot drop boxes will immediately be removed from ever accepting absentee ballots again in Wisconsin. Evidence will show that about 1.2 million absentee ballots may have been illegally deposited into these illegal absentee ballot drop boxes. Electors banned these illegal absentee ballot drop boxes in April of 2024 on a statewide ballot. The Wisconsin Supreme Court heard oral arguments on May 13, 2024, from democrats to bring back these illegal absentee ballot drop boxes for 2024. A ruling is forthcoming in June of July of 2024 from the Wisconsin Supreme Court. Wisconsin was supposedly decided by 20,682 votes in 2020.
11) Volunteers now monitor the entire process of Central Count in Milwaukee from A.M. until the flash drives are dropped off at the Milwaukee County Courthouse sometime around midnight to avoid any "lost" or "misplaced" flash drives containing hundreds of thousands of absentee ballot tabulations. The City of Milwaukee Elections Director was relieved of her duties in April of 2024. Wisconsin was supposedly decided by 20,682 votes in 2020.
12) Military fake electors and absentee ballot requests have been shut down for 2024. A City of Milwaukee Assistant Director of Elections was recently sentenced to probation and fined $3,000.00 in Milwaukee County Circuit Court for breaching WisVote and MyVote with this type of activity. Wisconsin was supposedly decided by 20,682 votes in 2020.
13) Can't spoil absentee ballots to re-vote before election when your candidate drops out of the race (click here - Wisconsin judge bans absentee ballot spoiling | Courthouse News Service). The Wisconsin Supreme Court recently “declined” to take up this Case (click here - Wisconsin Supreme Court Won’t Decide Whether Voters Can “Spoil” Absentee Ballots, but Litigation Will Continue - Democracy Docket). Wisconsin was supposedly decided by 20,682 votes in 2020.
14) Legally declared "incompetent" individuals can no longer vote and must have their names immediately removed from the 3.6 million eligible registered electors WisVote database by order of the court and implemented by WEC to the local Clerk (click here -Two courts conflict over release of information about voters who were found incompetent - Wisconsin Examiner). It is estimated that between 16,000-20,000 legally declared "incompetent" individuals may have participated in recent elections. Wisconsin was supposedly decided by 20,682 votes in 2020.
15) Statewide constitutional amendment was passed in April 2024 on banning Zuckerberg's Staff, money, equipment and supplies from ever assisting Clerks with the administration of elections. Wisconsin was supposedly decided by 20,682 votes in 2020.

34 TWENTY-FIVE successes in fighting election fraud in our state:
1) Curing of absentee ballots has legally been stopped for 2024 thanks to a Circuit Court decision in Waukesha County. Absentee ballots missing statutorily required information must be cured by the elector and no longer the Clerk's Office, which has been the law in Wisconsin for decades. Nearly 2 million absentee ballots were processed in 2020 with a rejection rate of .002% or 4,270 statewide when a normal rejection rate is 2%-3% when statutorily required information is missing. The democrats in the liberal Dane County Circuit Court succeeded in reinstating the curing of absentee ballots, but that decision is currently on appeal. Wisconsin was supposedly decided by 20,682 votes in 2020.
2) Special Voting Deputies are again required for long-term care facilities whose residents may require an absentee ballot. Special Voting Deputies were blocked from working in 2020 due to "covid". Evidence will show that stacks of absentee ballots were dropped off at long-term care facilities in 2020, filled out by Lord know who, and picked up a week later. On any given day near the 2020 Election Date, Wisconsin had approximately 1,121 long-term care facilities with about 92,000 residents. Evidence will show almost all of them voted in 2020 when a normal turnout rate is about 1%-2% for long-term care facilities. Wisconsin was supposedly decided by 20,682 votes in 2020.
3) The illegal voter registration form being used by the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) asking for an elector's "ethnicity" and "party affiliation" has been outlawed thanks to a circuit court judge's decision in Waukesha County. In 2020, nearly 500,000 electors registered to vote in 2020 online through WEC's website with almost all of the electors using this illegal form that illegally asked for an elector's "ethnicity" and "party affiliation". Wisconsin was supposedly decided by 20,682 votes in 2020.
4) Wisconsin finally has an official agreement between the Department of Motor Vehicles and WEC, required by law, but not exercised, to verify an elector's eligibility to vote in Wisconsin. According to evidence, this had been ignored for years in Wisconsin. This will hopefully prevent a lot of people from voting in Wisconsin that shouldn't have been. Reports show that over 5,000 illegal aliens may have voted in 2020 in a state decided by 20,682 votes. The DMV admits that 258,356 non-US citizens have been issued a Wisconsin driver’s license in a rolling 48-month period between 2019 and 2023. These driver’s licenses are nearly indistinguishable for Poll Workers and MyVote from Wisconsin driver’s licenses for US citizens.
5) DMV and WEC are now forced to immediately report to local Clerks the names of the some 258,356 non-US Citizens that have been issued a driver's license since 2019 but cannot vote in Wisconsin elections. A Legislative Jt. Hearing was held on this issue on May 16, 2024 with more details forthcoming. Wisconsin was supposedly decided by 20,682 votes in 2020.
6) Having an elector's absentee ballot sent to an address that that elector doesn't live at has been shut down for 2024. Evidence shows that over 20,000 postcards were sent by WEC in 2022 to electors whose absentee ballot was being sent to an address that the elector didn't live at to make sure their vote wasn't being stolen. A City of Milwaukee Assistant Director of Elections was recently sentenced to probation and fined $3,000.00 in Milwaukee County Circuit Court for breaching WisVote and MyVote with this type of activity. Wisconsin was supposedly decided by 20,682 votes in 2020.
7) A Kenosha County Circuit Court Judge ruled on November 10, 2023, that WEC can no longer be the pass-through for an elector who is requesting an absentee ballot from their local Clerk. This is and has been illegal for decades and now it is shut down. 38 Ballot imprinters print a unique ID number on each ballot which can be used to later identify ballots for audits. This is common for risk limiting audits.
There has been concern that this can also be used to tie the ballot back to the voter in some cases.
It's not used in all elections offices. Some election systems come with an imprinter, like the DS300, and other imprinters can be added to the scanner later.

CAUGHT SMURFING: Lieutenant Governor Rodriguez has been caught criminally laundering money into her campaign: Sara Rodriguez for Wisconsin. Her campaign also accepted volumes of donations from PO Boxes, from USP/packNship store addresses. Julianna Gaffner, her Treasurer, also committed these crimes by signing the campaign finance report. Violating Wis. Stat. §§ 11.1201 and 11.1204(3) for example. 807 donations totaling $120,259.16 in contributions. An ethics complaint was filed by Patriot Julie Saunders against the campaign. It was reviewed by a Wis. ETHICS Commission staff attorney and accepted for processing. I'm seeing many of the same names Smurf names, who are elderly senior citizens whose names and addresses are being used without their knowledge. Some of whom we have video interviews with where they are shocked upon learning of how they are being used. #Smurfing This is liberal candidates and politicians' Achilles heel nationwide; they are all using the same system.

Legal challenges were sent into the City of Milwaukee's new election clerk today. An Active list was purchased from the Wis Election Commission, we found:
-24 are registered to vote at a commercial address (must be where a person normally sleeps at night)
-2,250 missing the APT, Ste or Unit number (so how can an absentee ballot get delivered?)
-32 Door Not Accessible: US mail carrier signed a USPS form stating he/she has no place to leave the mail
-616 address number is missing or invalid per the USPS
-13 used a US Post Office's physical address
-5,080 where the voter no longer resides at the address
-6,187 moved out of state
-4,907 moved out of the city of Milwaukee
-1,528 NCOA moves, yet registrants provided no new address
-35,699 NCOA moves
56,336 total issues, irregularities, and outright fraud of Active voter registrations in the city of Milwaukee. And there were even more issues. On the day we ran the list, there were 271,586 Actives. Thus a stunning 21% of their Active list is wrong. And you'll have State Senators and Assembly Reps publicly state there is nothing wrong! Noting the NOCA is not 100% but the ones we used each registrant/mover checked the "permanent move" box on the federal government form they filled out and signed. Last, we know there is much more to the inflated voter rolls here and across the country, yet this project highlights (again) the major problem with dirty voter rolls. And to top it off squatter Meagan Wolfe fights to keep the Wis. voter registration list inflated. She has brought in attorneys even to do so, she fights to keep the voter list INACCURATE! Its like living in the Twilight zone. We're ready this time, to bring a lawsuit in the above challenge.

More on Meagan Wolfe committing felony crimes: clarifying the statutes. If election clerks send out the new colored absentee envelopes, they would be violating Wis Stats 12.13(2)(a), and 12.13(2)(b)4 and 7. All felony crimes of election fraud, because of what Meagan Wolfe and the six Commissioners did (see posts above). If the voter signs one of those new envelopes, he or she will be violating Wis Stats 12.13(1)(b) and (h). Both felony crimes. Then the witness signing will violate Wis Stats 12.13(1)(h). A felony crime. WEC, Meagan Wolfe, and the six Commissioners, if they let any absentee envelope go out, will be directly violating a court order. Which is the Temporary Injunction issued in the Oldenburg v WEC case in Marinette County. Each then faces contempt of court charges. They also will be committing felonies by violating Wis Stats 12.13(2)(a), then 12.13(2)(b)4, and also 7. And still till this day Meagan Wolfe nor the six Commissioners have informed the Wis. election clerks they can't use the new absentee envelopes! Impeach Meagan Wolfe.
