Dear members! Greetings from Board 26-27 (⁶🤷⁷). The Board has met up three times on June.
Since the beginning of the newest board term 1st of June, the board has:
- held an organizational meeting
- appointed officers to support the Board in its duties
- called first board meetings
- notified the Finnish Trade Register (PRH) of the new board
- updated access rights to bank account
- renewed domain and website services
- agreed on guildroom refurbishment, cleaning and investments
- gotten trained for board work and guildroom
- renewed key access
- decided on which communication channels to use
- discussed shared goals and expectations for the term
- established the INTO20 and History committees
- discussed future of SYMPOSIUM together with ESN FINT
- prepared budgets and planned stuff in preparation for welcome week
- accepted new members
- decided to renew Starter Kit system
- transitioned into a completely cashless organization
We are excited for the upcoming academic year ahead!

| 4 | Join INTO 20th Anniversary Committee! 🥂
This upcoming year marks a major milestone in INTO’s history as the international guild is celebrating its 20th anniversary. The culmination of this celebration will be the anniversary in March, bigger and greater than ever.
The anniversary is currently looking for organisers, and anyone can apply for it. The committee’s goal is to organize the gala and sillis days. So if you are interested in organizing the event you can apply using this form (DEADLINE: 12.06). NOTE: The anniversary team will open a nakki call closer to the actual anniversary, so we recommend keeping an eye on communication channels early next year!

Join us on Friday the 15th of May at 18-22 to find out more about the plans for INTO's very own alumni association!
The event will be held at Domus-klubi ( Pellervonkatu 10-16), where there will be the opportunity to discuss the plan and goals of the association, or to inquire about the potential board roles. There will be refreshments and some board games too.

This is a fun meetup to celebrate the end of the year and the beginning of summer with all of our student friends 🌻 Signup for the weekend by joining this telegram group chat!
Activities during the weekend: Sauna and swimming in a lake 🏊♂️, picnic sitsit, flunkyball and more!
Breakfast and tea/coffee will be provided for participants ☕️ Bus transportation will be organised at an extra cost (more info on this in the telegram chat)
There are some rustic cottages to sleep in and plenty of tent space to camp 🏕 So go ahead and join the group, invite your friends and get ready to start the summer the proper way 🌞

Every guild has a nakki to do around wappu to help keep our city clean and fuksi parade and dipping running smoothly.
Our guild nakki is to clean up after the dipping, starting at 6pm. Any and all INTO members are encouraged to join and help. It will take around 1,5h or less if we get as many people around to help 💅

Before we fuel our rockets and launch back towards our corners of the universe, we invite all interstellar travelers to gather for one last cosmic celebration!
Let’s create memories that will survive light‑years of travel: wear a white T-shirt and turn it into a personal souvenir with handwritten notes and doodles! There is a limited number of markers, so arrive early or bring your own.
