To set this up, follow the instructions below. Open the browser and type in edge://flags in the address bar. Please note that this feature is not available in the stable version of Edge, only in the Canary version linked below. It seems that, with the obligation of the Digital Markets Act (DMA), and already available by obligation in iOS version 17.4, which allows installation through third-party, there's a catch. Apple will let developers launch their alternative stores, but there's a fee after a certain point, and it's limited to the "number of free installations available." 👽 But what does this mean?
