I asked someone what they do on their birthday. They said they would take a video of themselves saying "Happy Birthday" or something similar. Another person mentioned that they write a letter to their future self. I also do the letter thing. What do you do on your birthday?

Date: yesterday
Time flies, memories stay ... but apparently, trauma is the only thing that will live rent-free in my head.
Almost three years of panic attacks disguised as "vibe checks" in university... which I barely survived.
Now, with just 4–5 weeks left, the universe said,
"Hey, what if we completely unscrew your mind and leave you helpless?" ... huh, what a lovely conversation.
Honestly, the real degree I’m earning here is in advanced stress management honors.
