This is not confirmed or that I expect, it would actually make sense to go down, however… if it goes up, it should go up from around here. I don’t say I believe it goes up. Just a very simple setup in case of the up move, which is up from here and past previous little high..

Okay, one more lesson, as I finished all my tasks and came to you to share some love here and show some appreciation for you who chose to receive my updates and wish to hear more from me.
You see green formed with big rejection. Usually that signals strength.
However, you must take a note here:
1) this is not a candle CLOSE yet… 50 minutes to close
2) if candle close would happen what would be the correct approach? IT’s super bullish candle, is the approach to enter long?
No, the approach is to wait for new candle and see on the smallest timeframe if you can get some retrace at least to 33% of the wick to enter your long, for most optimal entry and tight stop opportunity.
Rule of a thumb is, price OFTEN revisits big wicks. Not always, but often!

Just so you understand these levels, for example see how sma 20 (monthly) was touched, simple moving averages for the past 20 months,,.. it rejected reacted… and although we are probably still going down further down, you look at these levels as levels of buy interest (or sell interest when below the level)… place where the price reacts at intra day.
For macro tops and bottoms, these levels usually do NOT work though.

Now it made higher high… now people think:
“okay, that wasn’t bullish, maybe this is”.
Basically, people often have a bias which leads them to find whatever there is to find.
Mine is also a bias, a more sophisticated, taking other things into account, however, also, a bias. There is no real way to objectively gauge trading. We are not smart enough.
At least I don’t know anyone that is to factor in every decision making process for bitcoin and the underlaying asset.

“oh such a big overwhelming green candle, it must be the reversal”. I believe it is not. And my friend, I found out that the BEST, absolutely the best way you can learn trading is when you are convinced in something (accurately) and know it is right and then you are watching live how btc tries to manipulate you into thinking it wrongly.
I think we go down brother. While most see this engulfing big candle as the up reversal move. I hope this edge finds you also well!
