Some Limitation
- Can't Play Files Which Have Higher Bit Rate Then 10MBPS Like Remux And Way Too High Quality, Telegram Applies A Bandwidth Limitation Of 60-80mbps So Higher BitRate Videos Will Buffer More. You Can Pause and Pre Load It, But That Is Limited By Browser's Cache Limitation Which Is Usually But 99% User Will Have Good Experience With Streaming.
- Cross DC Streaming Still Buffers Sometime. For Example Your Bot Is DC5 And File Is On DC5 , It will Have Load A Little Slower But In My Testing 99% Percent Files Plays Smooth And Download Speed Is Also Stay Consistent.
Tutorial
- Grab A Bot Token From @BotFather , Add Connect It , Send Files To It, It Will Also List Files From The Channel And Group Where It Is Admin Automatically. Stream Or Download As Per Your Need.
- Search Bar Is There So You Can Search In The Received Files.
Some Extra Info
- Facing A Bug Or Issue, Tap On That Share Log And Share The URL In Support Chat, I Will Take A Look.
- All The Bot Token , Streaming Data Everything Is Done In The Browser On Your Device, No Database. No Connection To Anything Else Other Then Telegram For Files. Share Log Button Sends The Log And Gives You A Log URL, Which You Can Inspect And Share Once You Are Ok With It. All The Information Is Redacted In That.

Some people were facing flood wait issues when copying files, the main issue is that people can't check what the bot is actually doing, where else it is logged in , whether a webhook is set or not, So I added an option to check what the bot is doing. It tell you all the details of webhook, what the bot currently doing , if there is any pending updates from the telegram. Hope this helps.
