Dear Agents, Please be advised that the entity operating in Albania processes work permit applications exclusively for cohorts of ten individuals rather than handling candidates on an individual basis.
To facilitate the application procedure, you are requested to prioritize the recruitment of candidates until a full cohort of ten is assembled. Upon the completion of such a cohort, all applications will be submitted collectively, with work permits typically being issued within a period of three weeks.
Should the cohort remain incomplete, the submission must be deferred until the tenth candidate is secured, which may result in an extended waiting period. Consequently, it is imperative that candidate recruitment is treated with the utmost diligence, as the processing timeline is directly contingent upon the speed at which a complete group of ten is formed.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
Urgent Notice:
Only two vacancies remain for employment opportunities in Rumenka, Serbia. AppWell will stop accepting applications from 1 November until the following spring.
Application Procedure for Serbia and Albania:
1. Please submit a scanned copy of your passport and school leaving certificate via email to ujsimmigration@gmail.com.
2. Remit the requisite service fees to initiate the process. This includes an advance payment of 600€ and a subsequent payment of 455€.
Please be advised that the current week constitutes the final period for submitting documentation for a Serbian work permit, which includes visa support services, for 855€. Additionally, an alternative option for Serbia, excluding visa support and provided by a separate company, is available at a price of 650€. For the option encompassing visa support, applicants are organized into groups of ten; consequently, the precise waiting time remains uncertain, as it is contingent upon the rate at which a group is completed. Sincerely!

Dear Agents, as previously communicated, the entity in Rumenka, Serbia, processes work permit applications only in groups of ten, not individually. To expedite the application process, it is imperative to prioritize candidates until a group of ten is assembled. Upon completion of such a group, all applications are submitted collectively, and work permits are typically issued within three to five days.
In the absence of a complete group, the submission must be deferred until all ten candidates have been recruited. Consequently, the processing timeline may extend to two weeks or potentially one month. Accordingly, it is requested that candidate recruitment be approached with the requisite diligence, acknowledging that processing duration is directly contingent upon the speed at which a complete group of ten is formed.
Additionally, an alternative option is available in Serbia via a separate company located in a different city. This alternative does not provide visa support; however, work permit documentation is issued within three to five days, as this provider does not require the assembly of a ten-person group.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

There are two types of residence permits: TEMPORARY AND PERMANENT. Since you must first obtain a temporary one, we will start with that. There are many ways to obtain it:
- Formation of a company (in most cases, a limited company) or the establishment of a branch or representation office (of your own foreign company);
- Entrepreneurship;
- Employment in a company;
- Marriage to a citizen or a person holding a permanent residence permit;
- Ownership of real estate (in some countries);
- Study at a university.
A temporary residence permit (TRP) is issued for a maximum of one year, but you can renew it after it expires as long as you still have one of the mentioned justifications for staying in the country. After that, you may apply for a permanent residence permit (PRP), which gives you the right to live in the country indefinitely without the need for constant approval from the authorities. The condition you need to fulfill for a PRP is that you have lived in the country for five years based on a TRP. Citizenship can be obtained after five years of holding a PRP.
After you provided a copy of your passport, application form, and payment, we booked an appointment at the government office to apply for a work permit.
The process duration depends on the government office’s approval of the application form.
In our posts, we mentioned that the duration of the process starts from the approval date.
The entire work permit process does not depend on us, but on the government office.
Furthermore, under the European system, it is impossible to visit a government office to check on the progress of the application. All companies, after submitting applications for work permits, wait until the inspector notifies them that the documents are ready and can be collected.
After the documents are collected from the government office, the company will begin to prepare additional documents.
After this, the company sorts all the documents for different agents from different countries and sends them. A large number of recruiting companies apply for documents, not just ours. Once the documents are with us, we will immediately email them to you.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. If you need further information or assistance, kindly reach out to our representatives below:
