Step Six: Blitz your Meat Ideally you want your meat powdered but not to dust. A fluffy consistency is what we are after. Traditionally this step was taken by crushing the dried meats with stones, more recently using mortar and pestle. Some have found success using meat grinders but I just use a blender and shake it.

Step Five: Grab your Meat (not like that, coomers) So these pieces of beef were left for 20+ hours at 40 degrees, and they still aren't all quite ready. The key thing we are looking for here is complete dryness. Think a girls hoo-hoo after you show off your Funko Pop collection. We want these bad boys dry. If you can take a strip of meat and have it bend rather than snap in your hands - it isn't dry enough. We want it that dry. This was at 20h and I reset the timer for another 20.

Step Four: Strain your rendered fat (now called Tallow or Lard depending if beef or pork was used) through a sieve using a single sheet of paper towel. The resulting liquid will have a darker look to it than the solid product will once it sets. Grain fed animal fat will produce a whiter colour (based) than Grass fed animals, which produce a yellow to orange colour (damn gooks) - this is due to the higher beta carotene and different ratios of fatty acids. Ideally grass fed should be used, as nutrient density is the name of the game with Pemmican.

Today is a dark blot on what is already one of the ugliest times in our history. This morning, a beautiful girl I've had the blessing of interacting with passed from the veil of this life, after reaching her breaking point and taking her own life. Her name was Isla, and she ran the WhiteisRightx chat, one of the most successful and white-pilling chats on Telegram. She found herself in a position where she genuinely felt she had nobody to turn to, where she had no-one at all. The last time I spoke with her, she said "It's just horrifying what's going on. I don't even know what to do anymore." and I didn't see it then, and I didn't see it until now. We, as White Men, as Nationalists, as Aryans, and as so-called protectors of our blood have failed her. We have failed her in a manner that illuminates one of our biggest faults - we have no support for our brothers or sisters. Isla was an Aryan Sister, and Daughter of Europe and she has left this life because in a world where we claim to be the only thing separating natures truth and a hellish future, we just weren't there. We spend half the time infighting, the other half shit-posting, and any excess time calling each other feds or faggots. I want to take an hour from today in which we all reflect upon this tragedy, and know that we dropped the ball - we failed our sisters, our wives, our mothers, and our daughters. Reflect upon what your actions actually amount to, what you really want to achieve. Anonymously posting on Telegram is great for a laugh, but we are in the middle of a fucking war. We are being subjected to genocide every day, and one of the methods this beast system wields so efficiently is to isolate and atomise. Isla is a victim of a system designed for our destruction, yes. However, she is a victim of a lack of support, a lack of empathy, and a lack of action by men like myself who consider themselves to be warriors on the front line of this war. We left our sister behind, and we are responsible to one degree or another for what has happened. I'd like to take the next half hour, (8.30am EST) and rather than anyone post anything - just take some time to reflect on the actuality of your choices and decisions. Step Three: Prepare your Meat for Dehydration - as I'm using a dehydrator for this tutorial, the goal is to get as much meat in as possible while still allowing air to circulate. Alternatively hang your meat in the sun on a 40 degree day using a fishing line and passing a hook through each piece.

Step Two: Cut Your Meat (not in the Jewish sense). Take your meat of choice, and trim any excess fat from it (throw this in with your fat to render). Then slice your beef into strip's or dice it finely. The goal here, similar to jerky, is to heat the meat without cooking it using a dehydrator, a Pemmican box, or the good old sun. Ideally for Pemmican, you want to heat your meat between 35 and 40 degrees Celsius- this prevents the meat from cooking and therefore losing some of its precious nutrients. Jerky here in Australia, and likely most other countries is regulated in that it must be brought to a cooking temperature rather than a dehydrating temperature. What this accomplishes is simply the cooking out of fat soluble and water soluble vitamins and minerals. This is bad, as we want our pemmican nutrient dense, utilising the dehydration method to compound those nutrients into an even denser final product.

Step One: Rendering your Fat. The first thing you want to do is render your ruminant fat of choice - I've gone with grass fed and finished beef fat from Cherry Tree Organics (check out their beef and beetroot burgers). To do this, the first few layers should be cubed into chunks and placed in a big crock pot, the top layers are less effected by this as they will render as they sink into the bottom layers. This can take upwards of 3 hours on the stove top but it is still the quickest method, a roasting dish in the oven is an alternative. You'll know you're done when you have liquid fat with crackling floating in it.

A guide to making Pemmican like an Aryan. Pemmican is a based as fuck super food. It is the super food, only surpassed by grass fed liver. To make Pemmican you need a bit of meat, some fat, and a lot of elbow grease but the end result is worth it. You'll have a compact, healthy food with a complete nutritional profile and an indefinite shelf life. This is the food of sailors, or explorers, or warriors throughout time. This is the food of our forefathers, and the magnum opus of man's ability to dominate yet live entirely in sync with nature. Stay tuned.
