She would only have potentially drowned if she had got caught on something that was already in the river, eg rubbish or underwater piece of wood. But then she'd have been found, because her body, being caught, would remain where she drowned. Overall the scenario is extremely unlikely, it is bizarre, especially if the "dark" period is indeed ten minutes. People take time to drown. c) That police were "diving there on day one", as the rescue group said, seems to suggest they were considering pre-planned intentional murder or suicide. In other words, they considered she had weights on her. That's why they were "diving" to the bottom (drowning victims do not sink to the bottom). If suicide, will she not have then taken off the coat?! Intentional murder always possible. But. In any event, in that case the above also applies, e.g.if the body had weights, she'd have been found by now, and execution of that plan would also take some minutes, presumably. More than 10, and the evil doer needs to then... swim away? Their timeline is off, then. 2. Forcible abduction in that time frame and circumstances is only possible if it was professionally executed. Mossad - maybe. A local hillbilly - doubt it. Plus, middle aged women are not a frequent preferred target of random abductions. So, if there are no signs of struggle and body being dragged, it was either a professional team, Mossad-level abduction, or she walked off there voluntarily. Overall, she most likely left the bench herself, and there are three realistic scenarios why she would have stepped away from the bench without the phone and the dog lead. a). THE DOG was lost. I have seen it just yesterday on our little moor here. The dog takes off after a deer or whatever, starts being caught in the bushes, whines at being lost. She is on the bench, suddenly realises the dog isnt there, but can hear it in distress in nearby bushes, rises to try and find it. Then herself falls into a trap of some sort, or- less likelly- is abducted, while the dog independently finds his way back. Some potential that the dog is distracted on purpose.But some evidence of a trap, struggle or body is in that same area somewhere then. b) She hears some other emergency, eg someone crying for help, and bolts to intervene. Even in that case, I'd have taken my phone though. There are of course scenarios of a deception abduction, eg someone telling her of emergency etc, but she'd have taken the phone and the dog. c) Intentional disappearance. This, classically, suggests a parallel/prior life we do not yet know anything about. Even in that case, with non-working cameras etc, prior planning and sophisticated assistance were involved. A meadow like this, where there are no cameras, is not a worst place do disappear from. But how did she get the dog to stay there? Maybe by distracting it with something? Throwing a ball? Where is it? In other words. Starting point is "dog bolts off". Is the body definitely not in the bushes or some maintenance shaft or hole there somewhere? If the answer is "definitely not", then it is either an intentional dusappearance or a professionally executed abduction, both of which suggest the woman is not/is not only/ who we know her to be.
