5/1 ~ 5/7 一週礙情 【17年來首度修法 衛福部強化身心障礙者就醫權益】 「身心障礙者特別門診管理辦法」自2009年訂定發布至今17年來未曾修正，為保障身心障礙女性就醫權益，及促使醫療機構提供無障礙資訊服務，衛福部今天(7日)預告修正草案，增列婦產科為身心障礙者特別門診醫院的診療科別之一，並規定特別門診的醫院網路掛號網站須通過無障礙檢測且取得認證標章。 根據「身心障礙者權益保障法」第24條規定，各縣市衛生主管機關應依據身心障礙者人口數及就醫需求，指定醫院設立身心障礙者特別門診；衛福部並根據該條第2項授權，訂定發布「身心障礙者特別門診管理辦法」，規範特別門診的醫院資格條件、診療科別、人員配置、醫療服務設施等，該管理辦法自2009年發布至今17年未曾修正。 衛福部7日預告修正「身心障礙者特別門診管理辦法」，衛福部指出，有鑑於身心障礙女性在生育及婦科疾病檢查的特殊需求，為保障其就醫權益，除了現行的牙科與發展遲緩診療特別門診，草案增列婦產科為指定醫院應開設的診療科別。衛福部醫事司副司長劉玉菁說：『(原音)最近各界就有提到第三條所謂的設置特別門診的部分，除了現在的牙科跟發展遲緩的診療之外，應該要把婦產科也納入，所以我們這一次就是修正第三條，增列婦產科，婦產科的特別門診。』 此外，現行管理辦法第四條規定特別門診應提供臨櫃、語音及網路掛號服務，特別門診應有適合輪椅乘座者使用的櫃台，及方便輪椅、推床進出的適當空間。此次修正也特別增列網路掛號服務所建置的網站應通過無障礙檢測，並取得一定等級認證標章。 根據規定，特別門診的網路掛號服務網站必須符合數發部「無障礙網路空間服務網」的規範，通過「網站無障礙規範2.0版」檢測，並取得一定等級的認證標章，以確保視覺或聽覺障礙者能透過輔助設備順利掛號，此舉旨在落實「身心障礙者權益保障法」，推動公共資訊無障礙。 本文為節錄，完整報導請見： https://tw.news.yahoo.com/share/016c41c1-5bca-38f1-a480-618076eb276e 17年來首度修法 衛福部強化身心障礙者就醫權益│劉品希│Yahoo新聞 #一週礙情 #無障礙 #資訊無障礙 #醫療平權 點擊這裡，更多一週礙情不漏接👇 source
