Error: Missing Textures π΅
Still a lot of people missing badge pictures!
Please make sure to login to the reg system before the 31st and get your pictures and names checked!
Good evening everybody!
We'd like to share the Den map for this year :)
Lots of variety in dealers this year, I hope your wallets are prepared! :D
We want to wish everyone attending Furrific a fantastic weekend!
Enjoy the Oktofurfest and don't get too drunk!
Hi All,
As some of you may be aware there's been a big issue identified with PHP world-wide, a pretty mean exploit has been discovered
Like most places, we have systems that run on it. As a precaution we've taken them down while we wait (like everyone) for emergency patches we can deploy.
To reassure you, his does not affect the convention itself. We've already done all the work needed to run the event with our venue and processed everything.
Nor do we have any suspicion on anything on our system, but we want to be careful.
Our systems, Emails and the ticket system may be down for a couple of days.
If you need to reach us urgently, you can reach staff on our official telegram channel. @furcationevent
Hi All,
Very sorry to announce, due to unforeseen circumstances the pool will not be available to us this year.
We know, it sucks, it was something we were looking forward to be able to put on but unfortunately the venue can't make that happen.

Good evening folks!
The moment many have been waiting for is here!
We're delighted to share with you all the events schedule for this year's Furcation π
Look forward to seeing you all soon!

REMINDER: No I.D, No con
Good afternoon!
This is just a reminder that valid and in date ID is required to register when you arrive. If you cannot show this at the time of registering, you will not be able to attend the con.
We accept the following IDs:
> Driver Licenses
> passports
> IDs cards baring the βPASSβ mark
> MOD-90 form (armed forces identify card - UK only)
If you do now currently have valid and in date ID, you are able get some at https://www.citizencard.com.
Please also make sure the info on your registration page matches what is on your ID too! If this is not the case, send in a ticket to registration@furcation.org.uk to get this rectified ASAP. The deadline for these changes is October 31st! This also applies to badge images too. Please make sure you have one uploaded before then too. Else, your badge will display our lovely mascot instead of your Fursona!
πΎ FURCATION 2026 β SECURITY & MEDICAL INFORMATION πΎ
Hey everyone!
We've recently met with our external Security and Medical teams to finalise arrangements for Furcation 2026, and wanted to share some important information ahead of the event!
Our priority is making sure everyone can relax, have fun and enjoy themselves in a safe and welcoming environment.
Please take a moment to have a read! β€οΈ
ββββββββββββββββββ
π‘ SECURITY
Our Security team is here to keep you safe! They're there to help, so please treat them with respect and follow any instructions they give you.
π ZERO TOLERANCE ON DRUGS
We really cannot stress this enough. Furcation has a strict zero-tolerance policy on prohibited drugs.
If you're found in possession of prohibited drugs, or under their influence, you will be required to leave the site and permanently banned.
There will be no exceptions to this policy. Everyone's safety and wellbeing must come first.
π BADGE CHECKS
Security will be carrying out badge checks around the venue, particularly at the Clubhouse.
Please keep your convention badge with you! If you're stopped without one, you'll simply be asked to go and collect it.
However, if you're unable to produce a valid badge after being asked to retrieve it, you may be asked to leave the site. This helps us ensure everyone enjoying Furcation is registered and supposed to be there.
πΉ CLUBHOUSE, LICENSED AREAS & THINK 25
Outside drinks must not be brought into the Clubhouse, or onto the terrace and car park area directly in front of it. These are licensed areas, so please respect the venue's licensing conditions.
The bar also operates a Think 25 policy!
If you look under 25, bar staff will ask for valid proof of age when purchasing alcohol. Furcation is an 18+ event, but there is always the risk of someone being snuck in.
Please bring suitable photo ID and don't be offended if you're asked for it. In fact, we'd suggest taking it as a compliment! π
Remember, the bar staff are simply doing their jobs, so please be patient and friendly with them.
π QUIET HOURS β FROM MIDNIGHT
Quiet hours begin at 12:00 am each night, and Security will be monitoring noise levels. We want everyone to enjoy their evenings, but please be considerate of those trying to sleep!
Keeping doors and windows closed makes a huge difference to how far sound travels.
π BE HONEST ABOUT BREAKAGES!
Accidents happen! We know that sometimes things get knocked over, broken or accidentally damaged during a busy weekend.
If anything gets damaged during your stay, please let Security know as soon as possible so they're aware of what happened.
Honesty really is the best policy! Letting us know means we can deal with any issues promptly, rather than discovering damage after you've left and having to wonder whether it was deliberate.
π CONTACTING SECURITY
Security will have a dedicated 24-hour contact number, so help will be available whenever you need it.
Their contact details will be included in your conbook.
ββββββββββββββββββ
π MEDICAL & FIRST AID
We also wanted to share some reassuring information about the medical arrangements we've put in place for the weekend!
π₯ ON-SITE MEDICAL CENTRE
Our Medical team will be based in Dune House, with trained professionals available if you're feeling unwell, have an injury or need medical assistance. They will also attend call-out's if needed.
Even if it is as mundane as a cut you need a plaster for, they will make sure it's clean and taken care of properly.
π OVERNIGHT COVER
There will be a dedicated waking medical presence overnight, meaning help will still be available while most of us are tucked up in bed!
π GETTING HELP
You'll be able to contact the Medical team directly, or through our Dispatch team, who can arrange assistance.
All important contact details will be included in your convention conbook, so you'll have them close at hand whenever you need them. We recommend familiarising yourself with these details when you arrive, just in case!
π AMBULANCE & ADVANCED CARE
We'll have an ambulance on site to allow for rapid blue-light patient transfer should it be necessary.
Our Medical team will also include advanced paramedics alongside first responders, giving us a strong level of medical support throughout the event.
π MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AIDERS
Your mental wellbeing is just as important to us as your physical health!
This year, we're pleased to have 12 volunteer Mental Health First Aiders, all fellow furries who have undertaken training with Mental Health First Aid England (MHFA England).
They'll be on call throughout the convention, day and night, to provide support to anyone who might need a little extra help.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, struggling with something or simply need someone to talk to, you don't have to face it alone.
Our Mental Health First Aiders can be contacted through our Dispatch team, who will arrange for someone to come to your location and offer support.
They're not there to diagnose or provide therapy, but they are trained to listen without judgement, offer reassurance and help you access further support if needed.
Please don't feel embarrassed about asking for help. Sometimes all we need is someone to listen, and that's exactly why they're there.
ββββββββββββββββββ
β€οΈ ONE LAST THING...
We know announcements about rules and security aren't the most exciting part of the lead-up to a convention, but they're an important part of making Furcation safe and enjoyable for everyone.
Our Security and Medical teams are professionals who are coming along to look after us, and we're very grateful to have them on board. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you need assistance or are worried about someone else.
For the vast majority of attendees, none of this will need a second thought. Just wear your badge, look after yourselves and each other, respect the venue and be considerate of those around you.
We're all here to have a wonderful weekend, make some memories and go home happy, safe and hopefully a little more relaxed than when we arrived!
Thanks everyone, and we can't wait to see you! πΎ
The Furcation Team
Remember: You will need a valid, in date, Government issued Photo ID to attend and get registered.
Just like every other con!
Now will be a good time to check if yours is up to date, but you should have enough time to sort it if it's not.
No ID = No Entry.
Quest Update: Going, Going, Given!
Good afternoon from the Charity Team!
Submissions for the charity auction are still live, with plenty of room spare!
Do you want to show off some special work? Do you have something you think will turn the Charity Auction into a PvP zone? Maybe you simply want to help the donation number get higher for a wonderful charity!
Then make your submissions here!
https://support.furcation.org.uk/open.php?topicId=33
Any online charity submission tickets will be accepted until 15/11/2026
But like any good sequel that isn't the end of the story! Charity this year will be accepting walk on submissions live at the con! Simply attend Con-Ops on Saturday the 21st between 1600 and 1830 if you have something you'd like to donate last minute!
Please note, as always, time and staff are limited, so to reduce the risk of having to turn kind hearted Furs away from donating at the con, submit your donations online! We'll do the rest!
Coming to Furcation?
We want to bring back more of what made the original Furcation special: a chance to unwind, catch up with friends and enjoy a more laid-back setting than a busy hotel convention. Weβd love you to head home feeling refreshed and having made some lovely memories.
To help create that atmosphere, weβve made some important changes to our Code of Conduct. Please take the time to read it before arriving, even if youβve been to Furcation before. If you attend, that means you have read and fully accept it.
Here are a few key things to keep in mind:
Drugs: We have a zero-tolerance approach to illegal drugs. Anyone found possessing or under the influence of them will be removed from the site immediately, banned permanently, and we may involve the police.
Behaviour: Please be considerate in public areas and respectful of those around you. Consent is always essential. If youβre drinking, know your limits and be mindful of how your behaviour affects others.
Noise: Quiet hours begin at midnight every night. Please turn off loud music and keep voices down so your neighbours can get some rest.
Clothing and gear: Pup hoods, fetish wear and associated items must stay within your accommodation. Please bear this in mind when heading into shared or public spaces.
Accommodation: Please look after your accommodation and leave it as you found it. Any additional cleaning or damage charges will be passed on to the group lead.
Badges and unregistered guests: Security will check badges throughout the event, so please keep yours available and show it when asked. Anyone attending without registration will be removed and permanently banned.
The same consequences apply to groups that allow unregistered attendees to stay in their accommodation.
Driving: Please follow the 10 mph speed limit in the car park and drive carefully around the site. Never drive while wearing a fursuit head.
Venue rules: Weβre guests of the venue, and its team has the final say on how issues on site are handled. Please respect their rules and follow any instructions given.
Thank you for helping us make Furcation a welcoming, relaxed and enjoyable break for everyone. π
