We’ve reached out to every reviewer and successfully connected with 398 of them through valid email addresses. Here’s a breakdown of the issues and our responses: 1.00%: Previously paid their payouts. 3.52%: Ineligible for payout due to chargebacks, KYC failures, or giveaway accounts. 2.51%: Scheduled to receive their payouts. 9.05%: Sent their coupons to restart accounts. 39.70%: Eligible but yet to receive their coupons. 23.37%: Ineligible for coupons due to chargebacks or giveaway accounts. 20.85%: Emails not recognized in our system. We’re managing our liquidity tightly to ensure we can meet all payout demands on schedule. For those ineligible, we plan to refund them over time as funds become available. 🫅 Important Update 🫅 DXtrade Second Server We have officially enabled the second server for all new and upgraded accounts to ensure further stability more forward on this platform. If you see any issue related to swaps, commissions, execution, data, charting, etc please be sure to report it via our ticket system. The mobile application for IOS and Android is finally near completion and will launch in the next two weeks max. Wrongful EMR Breaches Tomorrow we will be actioning enabling the 1,000+ accounts that were wrongly breached due to EMR. Expect to receive notifications around this if you were affected Second Round of Compensation The second round of compensation should be actioned either late tomorrow or early next week.
