The Federal Reserve is scheduled to hold a meeting on June 12, 2024, to make a decision regarding interest rates. The European Central Bank & Canada cut interest rates last week.Recently, IT stocks have gained momentum following interest rate cuts by Canadian and European banks. However, we are unlikely to see a significant rally in IT stocks unless there is a rate cut in the USA. Wherever FIIs are increasing their positions, those stocks can outperform during an IT stocks rally like Intense Technology...FII flows also depend on the US Fed's decision to cut interest rates. We need to wait until June 12th to see if the Fed will decide to reduce interest rates or not in this year..The current government portfolio allotment will be done today..
