As I predicted in my new YouTube video and in my daily posts over the past three days, FIIs have started selling, and today’s FII selling is the highest in the last four months.
In the video, I explained that our market may enter a range-bound phase during the upcoming time correction, primarily due to continued FII selling. During such phases, FIIs tend to buy and sell intermittently.
Additionally, the US 10-year bond yield is rising sharply after the recent downgrade of the US credit rating, as the country’s debt continues to increase. Unless there is a policy change by the US Federal Reserve, such as more aggressive rate cuts, consistent FII buying is unlikely to resume. More rate cuts could inject additional liquidity into the global market.
Today, defense stocks witnessed heavy profit booking. Only long-term investors should continue holding them. Short-term investors may consider booking profits, as significant returns should not be expected during a time correction phase.

For the past 2 to 3 days, I have been consistently saying that FIIs will start selling soon, after several days of continuous buying. In my latest YouTube video, I clearly predicted that the market will remain rangebound during this time correction phase & Nifty 26,000 will be the top, and I do not expect the market to cross this level until the time correction ends. The market will only break above the 26,000 level when a real bull market begins.
