💥VALUATIONS vs. GROWTH: The Biggest Mistake Retail Investors Make💥 FII selling has increased today. Then how come Nifty50 has increased? When FIIs sell, they sell largecap stocks. Then how come big, high-weightage stocks were positive? Previously, when FIIs were selling heavily, TCS, Reliance, and HDFC Bank used to fall. But now, suddenly, how has buying started in those high-weightage stocks? The objective is to lift the Nifty50 index and maintain a positive mood before the Jio IPO listing. If Nifty50 underperforms, Jio IPO could face subscription issues. This is why big players are selling smallcap and midcap stocks and buying selected largecap stocks to lift the Nifty50 index. Some mutual fund houses and high-frequency traders are involved in this pump-and-dump strategy to keep Nifty50 positive. But keep one thing clear: index manipulation cannot last long. The market is hungry for growth. This is why FIIs are not coming to the Indian market because they do not see enough growth. In the share market, money flows only towards growth. This is why many of our multibagger stocks have delivered multibagger returns even in an underperforming market because they have strong future growth potential. Why do 90% of people fail in the share market? Because they look only at valuations. They invest based on attractive valuations, and after failing, they blame the government, Trump, war, crude oil prices, etc. They fail because they think they can make money by investing in stocks with attractive valuations. But the market does not look only at valuations; it looks at future growth, whatever the valuation may be. Now, today, AI stocks fell because of one negative news item about high inflation in the US. Suddenly, people panicked and started selling AI stocks in India. The same incident happened last time when many AI stocks in the US crashed, impacting our AI stocks as well. But within the next month, all those stocks hit all-time highs again. Why? Because the market is seeing strong future growth. One or two days of panic selling will not change the prospects of high-growth stocks. This is the time when maximum retail investors exit because they do not understand future growth. Yes, they understand price movements based on technical charts. As soon as a stock price falls, they run away. They do not understand that, in the share market, money always chases future growth. Now, many so-called experts will come forward and say that the IT sector has become attractively valued. These are the experts who never make profits from the market because people with this valuation mindset often fail to identify the right growth opportunities. They buy attractively valued stocks and become long-term investors. This is the story of the share market: VALUATIONS vs. GROWTH.

💥Nifty 50 Crosses 23,000 Despite Continuous FII Selling — Is Reliance Jio IPO the Reason?💥 Nifty 50 has crossed the 23,000 level even though FIIs are continuing to sell. For the last two months, Nifty 50 had been falling continuously due to relentless FII selling. But suddenly, over the last week, Nifty 50 has started outperforming despite continued FII selling. So, what has suddenly changed? Here is my view — Reliance Jio IPO! If Nifty 50 had continued to underperform, Reliance Jio's IPO could have faced challenges. If such a big IPO had flopped, it would have sent a negative message to investors across the world. This is why, in my view, as soon as the Jio IPO date was announced, a strong recovery started in Nifty 50. Through selective buying in heavyweight stocks, the index has been lifted and has now crossed the 23,000 level. Now strong positive sentiment is being created across India from social media experts who dont know real reason of Nifty50 rally. Now, many market experts may say that large-cap stocks are outperforming and that investors should start investing in them. This positive sentiment could help ensure that the Jio IPO receives a strong subscription. My concern is that the current rally may not be sustainable. However, once the Jio IPO listing is over, I feel that heavy selling could resume in these large-cap stocks. In other words, this could turn out to be a pump-and-dump-like rally in selected heavyweight stocks ahead of the Jio IPO listing.

💥Nifty50 Being Manupulated Ahead of Reliance Jio IPO Listing?💥 Currently, big players appear to be supporting the Nifty50 index through selective buying in large-cap heavyweight stocks. The Reliance Jio IPO is a major event, and market participants want to ensure a successful listing. Therefore, Nifty50 may remain positive until the IPO listing. Some money may be moving from small-cap and mid-cap stocks towards large-cap heavyweights to keep Nifty50 positive. Despite continuous FII selling, Nifty50 is rising, which raises questions about the unusual divergence between the index and the broader market. Once the Jio listing is over, we expect strong selling pressure returns to the heavyweight stocks currently supporting Nifty50. 💥

💥Nifty50 Expected to Remain Positive Until Reliance Jio Listing💥 Now, one thing I can guarantee is that Nifty50 will not fall until Reliance Jio is listed. Big players are managing the Nifty50 index very well through selective buying in heavyweight stocks. So, rest assured, Nifty50 is likely to remain positive until the Jio listing. 👆

💥Nifty50 Rally Ahead of Reliance Jio IPO: Is It Genuine?💥 Nifty50 has moved from around 22,200 to nearly 23,000 in 1 week, driven largely by selective buying in IT heavyweights like TCS, Infosys and HCL Tech to make Reliance Jio IPO listing successful.. With the Reliance Jio IPO approaching, there is a possibility that heavyweight stocks are being supported to keep the index positive until the listing. However, this remains a market hypothesis, not a confirmed fact. The overall market remains weak despite the rise in Nifty50. The key question is whether this rally will sustain after the Reliance Jio IPO listing or whether selling pressure will return. Until broader market participation improves, don't confuse a rise in Nifty50 with a genuine market recovery.💥

💥Nifty 50 Rally: Selective Buying in IT Stocks💥 For the last three days, the Nifty 50 has remained slightly positive, supported by selective buying in heavyweight IT stocks. However, this buying appears to be more of a short-term trading-driven rally rather than a reflection of any major improvement in the IT sector's fundamentals. Nothing significant has changed in the Indian IT sector. Most of our IT companies are still growing at single-digit rates and are struggling to compete with the high-growth AI companies in the US. Yes, there will be intermittent profit booking in AI stocks because many of them have rallied significantly. However, the AI growth story is a long-term structural trend, not a short-term market theme. The US, China, South Korea, Japan and Taiwan are continuously increasing their investments in AI and related technologies. No country can afford to fall behind in this race, as AI will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the global economy. India's challenge is that our companies are not investing aggressively enough in AI and data centres compared with global leaders. This could be one of the important reasons why the Indian market is underperforming global markets. The US economy is also benefiting from substantial AI-related investments and revenues across its technology ecosystem. The bottom line: The AI race will continue for years, with enormous investment and growth opportunities ahead. Countries and companies that lead this transformation could outperform, while those that lag behind risk underperforming. This is why investors need to look beyond short-term market rallies and focus on the sectors and companies that are driving the next phase of global economic growth.

Today, AI & DATA center related stocks are under pressure. Yesterday, US inflation figures came in higher than expected, meaning the Fed may increase interest rates in the US. Higher interest rates can increase borrowing costs for AI companies, putting pressure on their investments and valuations. Due to this, many AI stocks fell in the US yesterday. Similarly, we may see the same impact in India today. However, such selling often comes with small negative news. But AI investment is not going to stop because AI is a requirement for the world.

💥Why Nifty 50 Is Struggling & Why Smallcap Stocks Can Outperform💥 US MOVE Index should decline from its current level; only then can Nifty 50 recover. The MOVE Index is again at 102, and it should not spike up again. The market is waiting for Q2 results, and based on the outcome, the market will reward stocks and sectors. You won't see much gain in your portfolio before Q2 results, and this is what I have been telling you since the start of the Q2 results season. You must have noticed that there has been very little movement in your portfolio. However, I expect a strong rally in smallcap and midcap stocks from next month, when the majority of companies will have announced their Q2 results. As I said in my YouTube video, FII selling will continue in our market because we don't have AI stocks, and the majority of largecap companies are growing at single-digit rates, while US AI companies are growing much faster. The buying in IT stocks over the last two days is only a small relief rally, and it may fizzle out soon. FII buying is required to lift largecap stocks. If they don't buy, it will be difficult for largecap companies to rally. However, high-growth smallcap and midcap stocks can continue to outperform because strong SIP inflows have shifted towards smallcap and midcap funds. As a result, DIIs continue to buy smallcap stocks, along with HNIs and retail investors. Therefore, the rally in high-growth smallcap stocks can continue. In this underperforming market, making profits is very difficult. But this is the time when you can identify the right expert who can guide you properly to make profits. Remember, during a bull market, everybody becomes an expert, but during a weak and underperforming market, only expertise is tested.

In this market, you have to identify high-growth stocks. Only then can you create wealth even when the overall market is underperforming. You should also know why you bought a particular stock, what the reason behind your investment is, and why you expect that stock to outperform.
