Hello Students, पिछले कुछ दिनों से मेरे latest videos और photos देखकर बहुत से Students मुझसे एक ही सवाल पूछ रहे हैं— "Sir, आपका weight काफी कम हो गया है। क्या आप ठीक हैं? आपको कोई health issue तो नहीं है?" सबसे पहले, Thank You So Much आपकी care, concern और प्यार के लिए। ❤️ आप सभी का स्नेह मेरे लिए बहुत मायने रखता है। मैं आप सभी को यह बताना चाहता हूँ कि मैं बिल्कुल स्वस्थ हूँ और भगवान की कृपा से पूरी तरह Fine हूँ। वास्तव में, मैंने जानबूझकर अपना weight reduce किया है ताकि मैं और अधिक fit, energetic, active और healthy रह सकूँ। Just sharing my little Fitness Journey! 📍 July 2024 में मेरा weight लगभग 99 kg पहुँच गया था। तभी मैंने यह decide कर लिया कि अब अपनी health और fitness पर पूरी seriousness के साथ focus करना है। मैंने अपनी lifestyle में छोटे-छोटे बदलाव किए — Initial daily 5km walk inclduing Brisk Walk and running + Body weight exercise शुरू की, समय पर सोना शुरू किया, healthy food खाना शुरू किया और junk food को avoid किया। परिणाम यह हुआ कि लगभग 4 महीनों में, Nov. 2024 तक मैंने करीब 10 kg weight reduce कर लिया। इसके बाद पूरे 2025 में मैंने अपना weight simply maintain किया। कोई special diet या extra effort नहीं किया। फिर 1st February 2026 से मैंने अपने लिए एक नया target रखा कि अगले कुछ महीनों में 10 kg और weight कम करना है। भगवान की कृपा, नियमित discipline और consistency की बदौलत पिछले लगभग 4 महीनों में मैंने लगभग 10 kg और weight reduce किया। आज मेरा weight लगभग 77 kg है, और सबसे बड़ी बात यह है कि मैं पहले की तुलना में कहीं अधिक fit, energetic, active और healthy महसूस करता हूँ। I have consistently focused on my walking, running and eating habits. यही consistency और discipline मेरी पूरी fitness journey की सबसे बड़ी strength रही। 📌 मेरा daily workout लगभग इस प्रकार रहता है (Photo Attached): ✅ लगभग 20% समय – Normal Walk ✅ लगभग 50% समय – Brisk Walk ✅ लगभग 30% समय – Running ✅ इसके साथ ही, Daily 15–20 minutes की Body Weight Exercises और सच कहूँ, जब morning walk, running और exercises के बाद शरीर से पसीना निकलता है, तो ऐसा महसूस होता है जैसे body और mind दोनों पूरी तरह refresh होकर एक नई energy के साथ दिन की शुरुआत कर रहे हों। उस feeling को शब्दों में पूरी तरह व्यक्त करना आसान नहीं है। ✨ मैं यह इसलिए share कर रहा हूँ क्योंकि कई बार अचानक weight loss देखकर लोग स्वाभाविक रूप से चिंतित हो जाते हैं। इसलिए लगा कि आप सभी को सही जानकारी दे दूँ। लेकिन इस journey से मैं एक और बात share करना चाहता हूँ... Life में चाहे CA की preparation हो, career हो, fitness हो या कोई भी बड़ा लक्ष्य—Success का कोई shortcut नहीं होता। Discipline + Consistency + Patience यही हर सफलता की असली कुंजी है। रोज़ के छोटे-छोटे positive efforts, समय के साथ extraordinary results बन जाते हैं। इसीलिए, जितना ध्यान आप अपनी पढ़ाई or काम पर देते हैं, उतना ही ध्यान अपनी health पर भी दीजिए। एक बार फिर, आपकी care, concern, blessings और प्यार के लिए दिल से धन्यवाद। ❤️ आप सभी स्वस्थ रहें, खुश रहें, और अपने हर लक्ष्य को पूरे आत्मविश्वास के साथ प्राप्त करें। Remember...
