*Shaykh ʿUbayd al-Jābirī: Advice to the People of Yemen Regarding the Khārijites and Rebels and the Obligation to Support The Leader Against Them* In his explanation of Uṣūl al-Sunnah of Imām Aḥmad in al-Shiḥr (Haḍramaut), Yemen (1429/2008), regarding the following point: والغزو ماض مع الأمراء إلى يوم القيامة البر والفاجر، لا يترك ، وقسمة الفيئ. *And fighting (in expeditions) alongside the rulers remains operative until the Day of Resurrection, be they righteous or sinful, it is not abandoned, and the division of the booty.* Shaykh ʿUbayd (رحمه الله) stated: “I would like to draw attention to an important point: If anyone stands against the ruler, raises the sword against him, and declares war upon him, the Imām has the right to confront him, restrain him, and smash his power. *It is obligatory upon the people of the land to stand with the one whom Allāh has placed in authority over them and they must not undermine his strength nor abandon him.* Whoever weakens his position, forsakes him, or holds back from fighting an aggressor who seeks to sow division and spread chaos and anarchy is—regardless of his circumstances— *in disobedience to Allāh and His Messenger, and has strayed from the path of the believers.* Therefore, I state without any hesitation that the Muslims in this land, Yemen—may Allāh unite its elite and its common folk upon what He loves and is pleased with of Islām and the Sunnah—they must stand with the one whom Allāh has placed in authority over them against those who have initiated war, raised the banner of rebellion and aggression, and drawn their swords against the authority...” End of the quote. The Greatest in Shirk, Innovation and Fabrication among the People of Desires are the Rāfiḍah Shaykh al-Islām Ibn Taymiyyah (رحمه الله) said: والشرك وسائر البدع مبناها على الكذب والافتراء ، ولهذا : كل من كان عن التوحيد والسنة أبعد ، كان إلى الشرك والابتداع والافتراء أقرب : كالرافضة الذين هم أكذب طوائف أهل الأهواء ، وأعظمهم شركا ، فلا يوجد في أهل الأهواء أكذب منهم ، ولا أبعد عن التوحيد منهم ، حتى إنهم يخربون مساجد الله التي يذكر فيها اسمه فيعطلونها عن الجماعات والجمعات ، ويعمرون المشاهد التي على القبور ، التي نهى الله ورسوله عن اتخاذها “Shirk and all innovations are built upon lies and fabrications and for this reason, everyone who is furthest away from Tawḥīd and Sunnah will be closest to shirk, innovation and fabrication. Such as the Rāfiḍah who are the most lying of all factions among the people of desires, and the greatest of them in shirk. There is not to be found among the people of desires [those] more lying than them, nor further away from Tawḥid than them, to the extent that they destroy the mosques of Allāh in which His Name is remembered and they make it bereft of the congregational and Friday prayers, and [instead] they populate the tombs, mausoleums (mashāhid) which are built over the graves, those which Allāh and His Messenger prohibited that they should be taken as such…” (Iqtiḍāʾ Ṣirāt al-Mustaqīm, p. 431). @AbuIyaadSP https://t.me/abuiyaadsp

Umayr that he said, "When Allah wanted to destroy the People of the Elephant, he sent birds upon them that came from sea swallows. Each of the birds was carrying three small stones -- two stones with its feet and one stone in its beak. They came until they gathered in rows over their heads. Then they gave a loud cry and threw what was in their claws and beaks. Thus, no stone fell upon the head of any man except that it came out of his behind (i.e., it went through him), and it did not fall on any part of his body except that it came out from the opposite side. Then Allah sent a severe wind that struck the stones and increased them in force. Thus, they were all destroyed.'' Tafsīr Ibn Kathir | تفسير ابن كثير سورة الفيل ۝٣ ﴿ فَجَعَلَهُمْ كَعَصْفٍ مَّأْكُولٍ ﴾ ۝٥ And made them like an empty field of stalks (of which the corn has been eaten up by cattle). | Arabic Tafsīr | وفي الصحيحين أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال يوم فتح مكة :  " إن الله حبس عن مكة الفيل، وسلط عليها رسوله والمؤمنين، وإنه قد عادت حرمتها اليوم كحرمتها بالأمس، ألا فليبلغ الشاهد الغائب ". آخر تفسير " سورة الفيل ". Tafsīr Ibn Kathir | تفسير ابن كثير | English Tafsīr | It has been recorded in the Two Sahihs that on the Day of the conquest of Makkah, the Messenger of Allah said, (Verily, Allah restrained the Elephant from Makkah, and He has given His Messenger and the believers authority over it. And indeed its sacredness has returned just as it was sacred yesterday. So, let those who are present inform those who are absent. ) This is the end of the Tafsir of Surat Al-Fil, and all praise and thanks are due to Allah.
