On Life, Liberty and Levin Mark is talking about Jack Smith with Gov McDonnell. The Gov tells Mark that Smith's team told the former Gov's staff, friends and family if they testified favorably to the GJ about the Gov they would be charged with obstruction. Because of his ruling. The judge who literally had defense counsel appointed for him by Kemp on Friday, spits in Kemp's eye and the Supreme Court's eye. The judge who said that witch, who was the GJ foreman, could speak. He made this ruling the day Fanni sent her press releases out to everyone that she is ready to go. He obliges by making this 'ruling'. Which he was told by the GA Supreme Court that he was recused from, and every other Fulton County judge was as well. Why would he do this? Its a throwdown. You know it and I know it. Kemp wants to replace Ossoff. Carr wants to replace Kemp. That WILL NOT happen if they allow Fanni to go forward. They CANNOT claim Pontius Pilate status here. They just can't.

Update on the judge from the 7th Judicial District to oversee the Trump team motion to disqualify Fanni's team and the Fulton judge who oversaw the GJ process. The 7th is large. It was reported that a Bartow judge would be chosen. Instead, a Cobb Senior status judge was chosen. He retired from the bench in 2020 and was appointed to senior status by Kemp in 2021. His name is Judge James Schuster. He was a prosecutor for 22 years, a juvenile court judge and elected as a superior court judge in 2005, and is highly regarded by his colleauges. I found this quote in the MDJ that stood out to me from one of his colleauges Judge Adele Grubbs when he announced his retirement. "He's very aware of equal justice for everybody, no matter who you are. It's not just an automatic thing, its something that's consciously done. He's looking at each individual person and what needs to be done in that particular case." Hopefully, that bodes well. We need to pray that he will have the wisdom and discernment needed for such a time as this.

This am, @RepStefanik went on @FoxBusiness and said its time to open an Impeachment Inquiry. It is fortuitous she did this right before the Reps come home for a month. Even with all we know, they dont have the votes, YET. This is on us. While they are working in the district. YOU need to exercise your agency and let your voice be heard to YOUR Rep. They aren't there on Impeachment because they think it will cost them votes to do it. Let your Rep and let them know it will cost them votes NOT to open it up. That is all we are asking. Just start the process. Call your Reps local office. Make an appointment to meet with them, and take a few friends to learn where they are on the issue. Go to their public events and ask them questions. Calls are good, but only part of the process. Show them that you will give up your most precious commodity- time. That will have an effect on the process going into September. They respond to their voters. Make your voice heard.

So many people keep saying Biden will not be the nominee. I ask the question, how? If they dispatch Biden, they have to deal with Kamala. She was Obama's annointed one. She is seen by everyone as not up to the task. But still, how in the world do they bypass a black woman for Newsome? That makes ZERO sense. They have hoisted on their CRT/DEI petard and have to deal with it. They cannot replace her with a white man. So what do they do?

My first thought was that he is looking for leverage. Did his team send his testimony to Miranda, or did Oversight send it? Then I saw Oversight quoted her article. They didnt post testimony. They could have posted his testimony if they had it. The next news we saw was that his testimony was 'postponed' because of a personal conflict. I am sure. His conflict is probably getting the best deal he can get for a pardon from Biden. We shall see. Then his lawyer sent out a statement tonight saying he will testify on Monday. He also dropped something interesting. Devon has testified to Grand Juries and multiple investigators. What grand juries were investigating the Biden family? All we know is Hunter.
