Investigative Report by ARIJ Center for Investigative Journalism:
- The Israeli occupation destroyed Al-Basma Medical Center, the largest fertility center in the Gaza Strip, resulting in the loss of approximately 4,000 frozen embryos and 1,000 sperm and eggs.
- Photos of Al-Basma Medical Center, taken by a staff member after the army's withdrawal at the end of December, reveal damage to the embryo storage containers inside.
- Rooms were completely destroyed, obliterating the building's features, and walls were damaged in some areas.
- Outside, the facade is riddled with bullet holes, damaging the surrounding exterior, in addition to large craters caused by shelling. The building's front wall and parts of the street were also bulldozed.
- The destruction of the center was an act intended to prevent births among Palestinians in Gaza, constituting genocide under the Rome Statute and the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide.

The Israeli occupation has made a dangerous decision to complete the settlement and registration of all lands in occupied East Jerusalem by the end of 2029.
This move will lead to the mass displacement of Jerusalemites and their replacement with foreign settlers, through the final and unappealable registration of property rights. This will result in the widespread dispossession of Palestinians from their lands and homes.
This is the first time the Israeli occupation has issued a decision entirely dedicated to land settlement in East Jerusalem, specifying the registration of 100% of the city's lands.
