⭕ Gaza Government Media Office:
Since the ceasefire took effect on 10 October 2025, Israeli forces have committed 1,450 violations through 31 January 2026, including live fire, incursions, shelling, and home demolitions.
The violations left 524 Palestinians killed and 1,360 wounded.
The office also documented 50 arrests inside residential areas, away from the “yellow line.”
Humanitarian access remains restricted, with only 43% of aid trucks allowed in and fuel entry at 2.7%, amid continued bans on medical supplies, heavy equipment, shelter materials, the closure of Rafah crossing, and the shutdown of the power plant.

Director of Al-Shifa Hospital, Dr. Muhammad Abu Salmiya:
- Approximately 50% of kidney dialysis patients in the Gaza Strip died during the past two years while waiting for the Rafah crossing to open or for their medications to arrive. This occurred amidst a shortage of more than 70% of essential medications.
- Al-Shifa Hospital currently has only 34 dialysis machines, serving approximately 750 kidney failure patients (under immense pressure exceeding its capacity), especially after the Israeli occupation destroyed other major hospitals in Gaza, such as the Indonesian Hospital in the northern Gaza Strip.
- Delays in opening the Rafah crossing or imposing strict restrictions on the number of travelers will exacerbate the crisis.
