Method:
1. Roast the onions and carrots with a little sugar until soft, add the cabbage, salt and pepper. Pour a little water and stew for 7-10 minutes under a lid on low heat.
2. Put the stuffing in a deep bowl, add the vegetables, boiled rice, salt, pepper, egg, greens and mix thoroughly.
3. For the filling, take sour cream, tomato paste, water, salt and pepper. Mix.
4. Shape the stuffed cabbage rolls and place them on a baking tray. Pour with water and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
Pasta with Shrimp in Cream Sauce

Boiled peeled shrimps - 200g (500g of raw frozen raw shrimps);

Method:
Boil eggs (for 6 minutes, put into boiling water).
Roll boiled eggs in flour, so minced meat sticks to the egg and does not come away from the egg during frying.
Fry on medium heat to make the minced meat well fried and the crust does not burn.
