The place is right next to Danny Woo community garden, up a huge hill (a pretty historic one too - the original skidrow :0) - so be prepared to make a short hike back home if you’re taking public transit. Luckily it’s just a 5 minute walk to a massive transit hub that will take you anywhere you need. Ferries are close, too.
Parking spaces are available for 175 a month which is not bad imo for downtown Seattle.
I’m not strict! Clean up after yourself, communicate, and tell me if there’s anything you need. I’ll do the same for all common areas.
420 friendly as long as you don’t stink up the place.
The place is pet friendly and I have no problem with it, but we have carpets and you will need to be fully responsible for anything that happens.
