Put the turkey in the water (the water should completely cover the bird) and put it in the refrigerator for 9-12 hours.Take out the turkey, blot it with paper towels. Mix the oil, mustard, soy sauce, spices and coat the turkey thoroughly with it. Send it to the refrigerator for another 6-9 hours.Place the turkey in a baking dish lined with parchment.
