We live in a system that teaches people not to feel guilt, not to accept responsibility, and not to face the consequences of their choices. Everything must be explained. Everything must be accommodated. Everything must be forgiven. But understanding an act does not make it righteous. Compassion does not absolve evil. And empathy must never become an excuse for abandoning judgment. There are things worth standing against. And if righteousness is declared intolerance, if conviction is branded as hatred, and if refusing to bow to moral corruption makes you an outlaw, then be an intolerant outlaw. Never apologize for refusing to call evil good

Training requires a weird balance between emotions and total detachment. On one side, you train because you want to achieve something, within yourself or for external purposes , on the other side it's an anti-instinct thing: instead of running or parrying you have to stay there and suffer, with a cold mind. And repeat. Cuisine, art , crafts, mechanic, everything else is the same thing. You have to repeat and repeat, change style and endure the day when sparring goes like shit. Cold and constant repetition equals perfection.

Summer reading: Jaws by Peter Benchley A very nice reading, a "swim" in the 70's that allows you to detach yourself for a second from this sic modern day world. A lot of little nice moments where you don't understand if the menace is just an animal or a divine punishment. It is nice to see an island that is a metaphor for a rotten system made up for making money based in greed, rampant tourism and corruption , going down because of a force of nature. Expect much more then the movie. Betrayal, mafia, politics, journalism. All fucked up by a maneating divine punishment.

A sincretic piece I did to celebrate August 15th and the island from where I come from. It is said, the mother of God appeared from the sea, adorned with waves and stars to save fishermen and sailors. My island is a place rich of legends of undersea cities, misterious creatures from the depth, a zone where old legends merged with saints and bandits, and the waves still wishper horror stories in order to get respect from fishermen and sailors. It is extremely rare to find people born and growed within cities borders, able to truly live into nature, or primeval situations. More often, you were born in it, or you're fucked. When you spend a weekend or two hiking or surfing, you're just following some retarded influencer telling you that you must reconnect with nature and some shit: you're turning into a product, a product of another bigger one. 90% of times you are forged with the elements that reign in your environment of origin. You have it in your blood or you don't, simple as that. In all honesty, if you are struggling to find a weekend to "reconnect with nature" you are not accomplishing shit. You are failing. Instead turn upside down your fucking life, change job, change everything even suffering, and don't listen to lowlives who are able to exploit nature through a fucking Instagram account.

If you live like the 1%, and I'm not talking about money, you have responsibilities. Be kind, educate the young, and be sure you show them what living like the 1% means, and hope you will ignite a spark. Strength sometimes is hiding in weird places : kindness, the will to make the world a better place , the will to show truth behind lies.

Sharing skills it's the fuel of a group of men. It is in our genes. The masculine need to learn physical and technical skills is something we developed through ten thousands and more ancestors who struggled and died in order to give us a name and a roof on our heads. Keep this instinct alive, and never stop to propose your brothers new challenges and skills to learn. This will lead to a well developed tribe, a lot of spared money, and maybe even an income through your raw skills; no big brother bullshit-structure in order to "launch" you.

Being back in shape" is bullshit. There must be no such thing. You have to stay in shape. When you will have to face your mind and what this world will try to do to your head and soul, you will need your body as you need air to breath. Your body is what keeps intact your mind. You must always find time to grind at the bag. It must be your routine, not a sacrifice. You're probably training paying someone , or in a place with instruments and people. Its a privilege, not a sacrifice, wake the fuck up. And by definition, a privilege must be honored.

You can't believe in God if you don't know God. Step into the forest, be trained, breath and shut down every structure in your head. Every single one. Commit acts of subversion against the structure that wants you reduced to a gear part of a bigger monster. Then you will know God.

Keep those damn arms straight and express your full potential. This is where I keep failing. Focus on a single thing everytime you work. And then put all together. Aim is everything
