وكان الإنسان عجولا يا الله ما كل هذه العجله بحياتنا حتى ياتي الموت فجأة ونحن غافلون

تبقى الأحلام مجرد أمنيات حتى يأذن الله لها بالحدوث

مساعيك في فعل الخير تنعكس خيرآ في حياتك قد لا تدرك ما سبب التوفيق في بعض الأشياء !

يبدو ان الله أذن لمعضم احلامي ان تتحقق ❤️

أسأل الله أن يتقبل عبده يحيى السنوار في الشهداء، وأن يخلفه في رجاله بخير، وأن يحفظ أهل غزة وينصرهم، ويعزّ الإسلام والمسلمين. ثم هذه وقفات حول الخبر: ١- القتل في سبيل الله شرف عظيم، والشهادة منزلة سامية عالية، حتى أهل الجنة بعد دخولهم الجنة ورؤيتهم النعيم يتمنونها، فهنيئاً لمن يتقبله الله في الشهداء. وقد حرص أعداء الإسلام على تشويه قضية الشهادة ونزع حبِّها من صدور المسلمين وإلهائهم بالتفاهات والماديات حتى صدق في كثير منهم ما ذكره النبي ﷺ عن أمته في آخر الزمان أن الله يقذف في قلوبهم الوهن الذي هو (حبّ الدنيا وكراهية الموت)، لكن بقي قليل من أبناء هذه الأمة يتسابقون إلى الشهادة ويؤمنون بقدسيتها، وعلى رأسهم أهلنا في غزّة. هذا؛ ولن تفلح هذه الأمة مالم تستعدْ حبّ الشهادة ولقاء الله ومالم يُنشَّأ شبابها على هذه المعاني السامية ومالم يكن مشايخها ودعاتها على رأس من يحيي هذه المعاني علماً وعملاً. ٢- مع تتابع الأخبار بالمآسي الواردة من غزة والضربات الصعبة التي يتلقاها أبناؤها: انصدعت قلوب كثير من المؤمنين واشتد خوفهم وقلقهم وربما ساءت ظنونهم. ولمثل هؤلاء أقول: هل تظنون أن ما ذكره الله القرآن من أحوال ابتلاء المؤمنين (حتى يقول الرسول والذين آمنوا معه متى نصر الله) أن ذلك سهلٌ هيّن أو أنّه اختبار سريع يسهل تجاوزه؟ كلّا والله؛ بل هو اختبار صعب، ولم يقل الرسول والذين آمنوا معه "متى نصر الله" من ابتلاءات عابرة قصيرة الزمن، بل من طول البلاء وشدته وبأسه وفقدان خيوط الأمل إلّا بالله تعالى، فلنفهم ذلك جيداً، ولنقطع الحبل إلا بالله، ولنكن ممن قال الله فيهم: (فما وهنوا لما أصابهم في سبيل الله وما ضعفوا وما استكانوا) ٣- مع كون شبكات التواصل امتلأت بالحزن والتعزية والرثاء إلا أنها لم تخلُ كذلك من المنافقين الذين اشتغلوا بالشماتة والفرح والتهكم والسخرية، وهم بذلك يجدّدون لنا قصص عبد الله بن أبي بن سلول وجماعته الذين أنزل الله فيهم قرآناً يُتلى إلى يوم الدين، ومن ذلك قوله سبحانه: ﴿إن تمسسكم حسنة تسؤهم وإن تصبكم سيئة يفرحوا بها﴾. فهذا شأنُهم دائماً: يفرحون عند مصائب أهل الإيمان ويستاؤون عند مواقف نصرهم. وإذا كان الله تعالى قد بيّن أحوالهم في كثير من الآيات مع أن الإسلام عزيز حينها ورسول الله ﷺ قائم بين الناس فكيف الحال الآن؟ فهذا البيان اليوم من الواجبات. ٤- يجب فهم طبيعة المعركة التي يخوضها العدوّ ضدّ هذه الأمّة اليوم وإدراك أبعادها، فهي ليست معركة جزئية، ولا تتعلق بفلسطين وحدها، وليس يخوضها الكيان المحتلّ وحده، كما أنها ليست معركة لإنهاء وجود المقاومة الفلسطينية فحسب، بل هي معركة لتغيير الخارطة وتحقيق الهيمنة الشمولية من الكيان المحتل وحلفائه في المنطقة، لتشكيل صورة جديدة للشرق الأوسط تتربع إسرائيل على عرشه، مع دعم تامّ ومعلن من بعض القوى الغربية عسكريا ومعنويا وماديا؛ انطلاقاً من عقيدة صهيونية يشترك فيها اليهود والإنجيليون لتحقيق نبوءات الكتاب المقدس في فلسطين والمنطقة، فضلاً عن المصالح المادية الأخرى، في ظلّ ولاء تامّ لهم من المنافقين بأموالهم وإعلامهم لنرى بأعيننا الكيد العظيم والمكر الكُبّار وتهديد الإسلام في أصوله ومعاقله وخطوطه الخلفية. ولذلك فإنّ من الأولويات الكبرى اليوم: تحقيق حالة الوعي تجاه هذه المعركة وعدم الاستهانة بها، فنحن نعيش مرحلةً الحقيقةُ فيها أقرب للخيال. هذا؛ وإنّنا نؤمن أنّ الله عزّ وجلّ يدبّر الكون، ويريد الخير لهذه الأمة، وأنه سينصر من ينصره، فلعل كل ما يجري اليوم يفتح الله به أبواب الفتح للأمة غداً، بعد أن تستيقظ وتعمل وتجد وتقدم الآخرة على الدنيا وتوالي أولياءها وتعادي أعداءها. فقم يا أخي، ولا تهن، ولا تحزن، ولا تنهزم، واستعن بالله؛ فالطريق لا تزال طويلة، و"إنما هذه الحياة الدنيا متاع"، والعاقبة للمتقين.

Alendronate sodium Tab ❇️ Indications - Alendronate is used to treat and prevent osteoporosis (a condition in which the bones become thin and weak and break easily) in women who have undergone menopause (''change of life,'' end of menstrual periods) and to treat osteoporosis in men. - Alendronate is also used to treat osteoporosis in men and women who are taking corticosteroids (a type of medication that may cause osteoporosis in some patients). -  Alendronate is also used to treat Paget's disease of bone (a condition in which the bones are soft and weak and may be deformed, painful, or easily broken) ❇️ Mechanism of Action Alendronate belongs to the class of bisphosphonate medications and is used to treat osteoporosis and other bone-related conditions. By binding to hydroxyapatite crystals within bone, alendronate downregulates osteoclast-mediated bone reabsorption, thereby leading to a reduction in bone matrix breakdown.  Both of these mechanisms collectively contribute to regulating the reabsorption and turnover of minerals.  Alendronate differs from other bone-modifying supplements by its ability to suppress bone formation without modifying bone mineral accrual in endocortical or intracortical bone ❇️ administration ⚫️  Alendronate may not work properly and may damage the esophagus (tube between the mouth and stomach) or cause sores in the mouth if it is not taken according to the following instructions - You must take alendronate just after you get out of bed in the morning, before you eat or drink anything. Never take alendronate at bedtime or before you wake up and get out of bed for the day. - After you take alendronate, do not eat, drink, or take any other medications (including vitamins or antacids) for at least 30 minutes. - Do not lie down for at least 30 minutes after you take alendronate. - Sit upright or stand upright until at least 30 minutes have passed and you have eaten your first food of the day. - If you are taking the alendronate tablets, swallow the tablet with a full glass (6 to 8 ounces [180 to 240 mL]) of plain water. -  Never take alendronate tablets with tea, coffee, juice, milk, mineral water, sparkling water, or any liquid other than plain water. Swallow the tablets whole; do not split, chew or crush them. - Do not suck on the tablets. If you are taking the alendronate oral solution, drink at least 2 ounces (60 milliliters [1/4 cup]) of water after taking alendronate oral solution. Never take alendronate solution with tea, coffee, juice, milk, mineral water, sparkling water, or any liquid other than plain water. - If you are taking the alendronate effervescent tablets, dissolve one effervescent tablet in a full glass (4 ounces [120 milliliters]) of plain, non-carbonated drinking water before drinking. -  Never dissolve alendronate effervescent tablets with tea, coffee, juice, milk, mineral water, sparkling water, or any liquid other than plain water. - Wait at least 5 minutes after the effervescence stops, stir the solution for 10 seconds and drink it. ❇️ Adverse Effects The most common adverse effects of alendronate include transient hypocalcemia, transient hypophosphatemia, and GI symptoms, such as abdominal pain, heartburn, nausea, constipation, diarrhea, flatulence, and esophagitis. ❇️ Contraindications include patients with known hypersensitivity to the drug, as well as those with esophageal abnormalities, delayed esophageal emptying, or achalasia .

Always take as directed by your pharmacist or doctor. ❇️ TOXICOLOGY Toxicity following acute overdosage is unlikely unless a massive dose has been ingested. Large overdoses of water soluble vitamins are readily excreted in the urine hence, are likely to produce no acute toxic symptoms. ❇️  Contraindications Vitamin B1, Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12 is contraindicated in patients on levodopa therapy, and in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the preparation. ❇️ Precautions & Warnings Cyanocobalamin should not be given in patients with subacute degeneration of the spinal cord. Cyanocobalamin is not suitable form of vitamin B12 for the treatment of optic neuropathies associated with raised plasma concentrations of cyanocobalamin. ⚫️ Why is a B vitamin complex better than taking only single B vitamins like B12 ? Research suggests that synergies between the neurotropic vitamins B1, B6 and B12 can make them more effective together than when a single vitamin is taken to address a specific deficiency. ⚫️ What is the best time to take Vitamins B1+B6+B12 ( Vitamin B Oshar ®)? It is best taken with or after a meal. Swallow the tablet (without chewing) with a little water to wash it down. ⚫️Can I take Vitamins B1+B6+B12 ( Vitamin B Oshar  ®) together with my diabetes medication? Yes, there are no known conflicts or interactions between Vitamins B1+B6+B12 ( Vitamin B Oshar ®) and diabetes treatments such as insulin injections and metformin. 

كم أعشق النوم ! لكنه يبتعد لا يريدني الأن يريد ان يجعلني أفكر بكل شيء لطالما أحببت النوم للنسيان ولسرد الأيام لعل وعسئ تمر لكن النوم يتلاشئ و يختفي يجعلني أعد الدقائق و الثواني وأغوص بالتفاصيل التي اتفاداها أين انت يا نوم لم لا أراك دعني اتنفس و اتناسا فقد ذهبت بلد بأكملها و طارت احلام جيل أي احلام! هل ما زال أحد يفكر بالأحلام نحن نعيش في زمن التوقعات ليس بالتفائل بل بتلك الضربة أي ضربه! ضربات الواقع التي تواجهك الضروف والناس و المجتمع حولك قد ينادونك الناس بلفظ دكتور ولكن تجد الواقع حولك مغاير تمامآ شعور سيء ان تقف في المنتصف وان ترئ جهود جيل بأكمله تذهب هباء لن اجلب لكم الإحباط ولن امكيج الواقع لكن اريد ان انام فقط ! سأقطع الحديث عن الواقع وابحث عن النوم في زوايا الغرفه لعله يأتيني وأنعم ببعض الهدوء

مر عشرون يومآ منذ آخر لحضه لي بالجامعة لقد إنتهت الخمس السنوات و بدأ العمر بالمضي قدمآ زملائي الأعزاء جميعآ أسأل الله ان يجعل تخرجكم بدايه لأفراحكم ونهايه لأحزانك فكلكم تستاهلون كل خير وكل فرحه والمسامحه على أي شي
