ಬುದ್ಧ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ, *"ಪ್ರೀತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಶಾಂತಿ".*
ದುರ್ಯೋಧನ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ, *"ಹಠ ಮತ್ತು ಛಲ".*
ಏಕಲವ್ಯ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ, *"ಗುರಿ".*

ಸಂಘರ್ಷ, ಮನಸ್ತಾಪ, ಕೋಪ, ದ್ವೇಷ ಇವುಗಳನ್ನು ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾ ಪ್ರೀತಿ, ಸೌಹಾರ್ದ, ಸಹಾಯ, ಕಾರುಣ್ಯ, ಮತ್ತು ಹಸನ್ಮುಖದ ನಡುವೆ ಬದುಕುವುದೇ ಸಾರ್ಥಕ ಜೀವನ.
ನಮ್ಮ ಚಿಂತನೆ ಸಕಾರಾತ್ಮಕವಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ ಆ ಕ್ಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದಷ್ಟು ಚೈತನ್ಯ ಮೂಡುತ್ತದೆ. ಇಲ್ಲವಾದರೆ ನಿರಾಸೆ ನಮ್ಮದಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
ಕಷ್ಟ, ನೋವು, ನಿರಾಸೆ, ದುಃಖ ಎಲ್ಲವು ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಇದೆ. ಆದರೆ, ಅವುಗಳ ಮಧ್ಯೆ *ಸಂತೋಷದಿಂದ , ತೃಪ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ಬದುಕುವುದೇ ಜೀವನ*.
